Computer science engineering has varieties of career opportunities. A large number of experienced professors are there, providing the best quality education. The latest teaching methods are used and the teachers are doctorate holders.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Infosys, IBM, TCS, and Microsoft are various companies providing internships to students.20 to 50 thousand is offered during the internship period. Students get real-time work experience which is very helpful during placements.

Placement Experience

Chitkara University offers 100 percent placement to the students by the end of 6 th semesters a maximum number of students get placed and some opt for further studies.98% of students don't face difficulty in placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

70000 rupees tuition fees per semester along with hostel facility which can be up to 33000 per semester. There is no scholarship present. Siblings studying in the same college get a fee concession for the full course.

The best campus life is at chikara University Himachal Pradesh as the college is at the foot of the Himalayas, which makes it stand out from other top universities. Best learning environment with a ragging-free campus. Extracurricular activities and events are on high every month. Library of 24/7 hours open.

Hostel Facilities

Good hostel facility for girls and boys.3 hostels for girls and 2 hostels for boys.Different mess for boys and girls. Hygiene and sanitization are well-maintained regularly. Rooms are clean along with attached washrooms for the girls' hostel.

75% marks in 12 th board exam The application form was available on the college website I haven't attended for reservation benefits as I am from the general category. the addmission process is very smooth and it doesn't require changes

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

I chose this course because I liked horticulture .This course is very well applied in real world in cultivation and growing of vegetables, fruits and flowers and horticulture also has job opportunities in private sector. There are some improvements like more practical learning, real world exposure etc. that could be made to make this course more effecgive in real world application. The exams are conducted per semester and the difficulty level of exams is average.

Remarks:

There are mostly good remarks for college like the environment in kangra Himachal Pradesh is best in the area. There are dhauladar hill ranges infront for college and fress air of hilly areas are good for students.

I applied for BML Munjal University before Chitkara university, Baddi. I got a confirmed admission from many colleges like BML munjal university, GNA university, Chandigarh university, etc. I chose this college over other because it was not too costly and crowd is less compared to other private universities.
