Course Curriculum Overview

I had a lot of interest in mathematics so I choose to go with maths Hons in my graduation. I really loved the faculty, and the student ratio was also good. All the faculty members had done their Ph.D. in the specified course and their teaching method was also up to the mark. Term exams were held from time to time and if we have prepared from the very start then it was very easy to pass the exams.

Class Size: 61Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Our first year fees were 7000 and it was increased to 10000 in the second year. and so in the third year. so I did not face any difficulty in submitting the fees in college and the cost of the study is affordable. No, I didn't go for a scholarship program or any kind of financial assistance or job on campus.

Campus Life

Holi fest was conducted in the month of March. Yes, books and journals were available in the library and anyone with an I'd card can borrow a book from there. Sports tournaments were conducted by our college and we all participated with great enthusiasm. The NSS group was run by students for the PWD candidates as well.

Admission

Schooling till class 12. We can get the application form, application fees, and application dates from the official site of Delhi University. we can check the official site for further updates. Reservation is there at Delhi University but I have not availed of any reservation benefits as I am a general-category student. If I talk about cute then some students got admission late, on the other hand, some students got admission earlier due to which their classes started much later resulting in a loss. so this should be changed.

Placement Experience:

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

Overall, it is a good college.

Before Satyawati College, I applied to various other colleges of Delhi University according to the eligibility. Eligibility criteria of the admission was the marks that the students secured in class 12th. Most of the colleges' cutoffs were above 97 percent and my score was 93.8 percent. Satyawati College Review: what to expect

The admission process for DU happens through the CUET UG exam, followed by the CSAS where students fill out their college and course preferences. I had placed satywati college at the seventh position in my preference list and based on my CUET score and eligibility, I was allotted this college. while i had higher preferences, I couldn't make it to those due to high cutoffs in popular north campus colleges. however, Satyawati offered a decent academic environment and the course i wanted, so i confirmed my admission here....Read More
