I felt Business Management as a course offers you a plethora of diversified knowledge across domains which will benefit you in gaining knowledge across verticals. Teachers are really good with a mix of research specialists and former industry stalwarts. Term exams regularly happen in 3 months, it is easy to pass if you're attentive during the class.

There are a lot of companies that offer the role of sales intern for ITC, including Nestle. Companies like IBM come to the campus for different roles like Product Manager, Consultant, and Sales. There are companies like CRISIL that offers secondary research role and credit-rating intern role.

From the 5th Sem on students are eligible for campus placements. Some major companies that visit us- are Microsoft, Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Arcesium, Titan, Amazon, ITC, and Nestle. Highest package received is 71.51Lpa, Average Package - 20.03Lpa. Percentage of students getting placements - 100%.

Fees hike policy and cost to study- Cost to study is 2060000, hostel fees are 1lakhs, mess fees, and flooding is as per the person. There are no scholarships and financial assistance as such, but there's a mandate for a summer internship which is compensated with money from companies.

The annual Fest in our College is Expressions, which is Eastern India's largest fest with a footfall of 30-40K within a span of 3 days. It is generally in November or January. The library is well stocked with journals and relevant books across verticals adequately and is also stocked with magazines. Sports and extra curricular activities happening all around the year are conducted by different committees. They are a total of 20 committees in the college, the students can select any of them according to their interests following interviews they'll be selected for them.

There are different hostels on the campus with adequate facilities. Meal quality is average as per general mess standards. The registration process for Hostel & Affordability is very seamless. It is mandatory for the student to live inside the campus hostels.

You just need to get good results either in CAT/XAT and 55% slab in School and college. Everything is mentioned on the college's website (www.xim.edu.in) It'll only help in boosting your aggregate scorecard with some brownie points for diversity and as for residents of Odisha they have a 50% seat reserved for them. I think the admission process is very smooth, from what I have experienced before.

There was only one PI in the admission year 2022. Process and other criteria for admission- When you'll get shortlisted for PI, the college provides a student mentor from the college who guides you through the process and will solve any of your queries be it for the interview round or regarding college. Preparation for PI- You need to be thorough with your CV and have background knowledge about your UG degree and prepare well for your GK.
