Remarks

The management of the college is very bad whereas academic wise it's very good.

Entrance Preview

I got through SAAT exams conducted by the soa university,i had scored a rank of 1350 and I got mechanical branch. And coming to my choice of this college was due to many advices taken from Seniors n teachers which helped with my decision . Also the college has a really good placement track record .

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is interactive and now they follow ABET system which has proven to be a great system for quality education.Teachers are focused on the students and help them when needed . Even lab assistants are knowledgeable n helpful with experiments .

Internships Opportunities

No our college doesn't provide internship and this is one thing that they lack which they should implement very soon.

Placement Experience

3

70% of our batch were placed which totals 680 peoples . With an average package of 3.25. Companies like tech Mahindra ,capgemini ,think and learn,s Schneider electric etc came for placement. IT branches are placed very well and with almost 100℅ placement rate .

College Events

2

Since the past two years there has been no cultural event held in our college and no technical fests due to problem in management where they don't sanction for the fest giving some lame excuses. It's not our fault that your negligence cost the hospital to burn ,so why should we pay for that .

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is expensive for the average Indian family ,but it also gives scholarship to meritorious students and some relaxation with the fees. . The course fees per year is 2.1 lakhs now which can be payed in installments . Also every semester registration costs 2k bucks .

Fees and Financial Aid

In first year itself after first sem exams they give scholarship to students with overall 75℅ throughout career where they give 20k per year to the students for 4 years .

Campus Life

5

The cultural diversity of the college was it's main attraction with envogue being the main attraction of it . Then there's a drama club ,singing club ,English club ,robotics club and social welfare club known as jaago in where the nearby slum area children's were brought and taught every evening free of cost and provide them with food packets.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel facilities are great and very clean ,with a very secure and friendly environment and with a lot of facilities such as cleaning staff ,electrician, warden, supervisor, wifi ,tv and canteen . Tasty food and the menu changes every month . The hostel fees are around 36k and the fooding an extra 3k per month

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors in college are most helpful and they give great advice too regarding future which very less teacher follow with supporting a students dream and shaping it.

Exam Structure

We had two major exams of which one was the semester exams and the other the internals exam. We had a very aggressive system of evaluation where you go through monthly assignment tests n work . We even had to submit assignments for the extra 5 mark. So it was hectic but not so much as to leave me tired .

Admission

First we had to fill a form and pay the registration money for the SAAT exams ,after which we get alloted a date for the exams . After 2 weeks the results get published and then after that the counseling process starts . Here they have live counseling process and students get their choice of branch only after their turn comes up according to the ranking .

Faculty

4

Most of the faculty have done their doctorates or are currently pursuing ,the lab assistants are well informed n enjoy their line of work . Teachers are very concerned regarding their subject and curriculum. Qualified and experienced faculties with lot of informative knowledge .

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.
