This college is among the top colleges in Bengal and is totally raging-free. The mentorship programme is very helpful for the overall growth of the student. The behaviour of the faculty members is very friendly. Training sessions are held regularly, industry visits are done and guest faculty members are invited from big companies and institutions to share their experiences. Extracurricular activities are held regularly like tech fest, cultural fest, manual sports meet, various sports tournaments, quiz, debate and many other uncountable events throughout the year.

I took admission in this college through "common entrance examination association of minority professional academic institutes" (cee ampai).This examination is conducted by 5 colleges under jis .this is a minority examination but general students can also apply .I myself is a general student in this examination I secured a rank of 203 .in the councling process I got to choose among the 5 colleges under this examination.

This college is affiliated to maulana abul kalam azad university of technology.this college has been given autonomous right from makut so the course curriculum of this collage is in accordance to the present market .it adds extra subjects that is the need of the hour in every semistar apart from the regular subjects of the course .the course is set in accordance with the present scenario meetings are held with big companies ,organization and business tycoons to consult about the present situation of market and what are the needs and requirements of the present market .the course is set after all this market research and this has proved to be a great success as its placement graph is increasing year after year and this college has been ranked as the 3rd best private engineering collage in west Bengal

Yes it provides internship.it has collaboration with IIT kharagpur which provides internship to students many of the senior students of our collage are doing internship It also Organize joint international conferences and workshop.it has signed mou's with lot of other institutions like nit Sikkim

This college has a brilliant placement cell and every year, the percentage of placed students is increasing. Big multinational companies like Amazon, Infosys, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra and many IT-based companies come to this college. Many students got placed in these big companies. I am presently a 3rd-year student of this college in the ECE department and this year, the placement was outstanding. As I am a hostel student, we had 30 final-year students in our hostel and 27 of them got placed. The highest package was 6 lacs per annum from the hostel and 7 lacks per annum overall. The average package offered is 3 lacs per annum. Around 20% students got the internship from the college. Overall, the placement of this college is up to the mark.

The college organizes a lot of events every year .it starts of every year with the induction program held in the college its like an seminar in which the fresher's are being introduced with the the fuculty ,the seniors and the staff members.then comes the fresher's celebration it is a hugh event to welcome the fresher's .and then there is the tech fest where lot of technical events are organised lots of games are also organized like FIFA NFS and many more and the winner is awarded robotics and other events and exhibition are also organized and the last event of the year is the cultural fest which is the biggest event of the college which is sponsored by big companies and organization and it is a 3 day long fest one day it is organized in the college and the other tow days are organized in big venues this time it was held on the eco park new town. celebritys are invited to perform

The fee structure of this collage is moderated the semistar fees of the college is 48500 from the 2nd semistar at the time of admission along with other charges like admission charge etc the 1st sem fees is around 80000 . if u are staying in college hostel the monthly fee including food is 550

No scholarships or loan facility is being offerd by the collage it only gives a letter to the bank u apply loan for

The college is not that big compared to other colleges but it has got all the facilities required. Full Wi-Fi is available on the campus with a maximum usage of 1 GB per person per day. The labs are well-maintained with all necessary instruments and qualified lab assistants. It has got a huge library where all semester books are available along with other good quality reference books. A medical facility is available for immediate first-aid. Sports and outdoor games are organized regularly but it does not have a proper playground which is the only drawback for big tournaments. We have to go to other colleges for the same.the ration of girls to boys are about 3:5 .this college is totally raging free .no dicremination are done on the basis of race cast colour or gender .this college is politics free no outer party politics is practiced .there are a lot of extra curricular activities taking place in the college or outside the college prior notice are given to every class for events and competition such as poster making debate painting and lots more

The hostel is quite good there are 3 girls and 2 boys hostel the boys hostel 2 is the best one as I m a hostel student myself .the rooms are well maintained it has got 5 floors 24 hours water the rooms are cleaned daily and the bathrooms are kept clean and hygiene its cleaned everyday it has got WiFi of Jio free in all the floors and in the canteen .the food is below average the food is the only drawback of the collage its very hard to manage with such poor quality of the food .

The senior of the college are very friendly .it is totally raging free as I m from a hostel we have lot of seniors staying in the same building they are very helpful wherever their is problem in studies u consult our seniors and they are always ready to . be it in studies or games they will always help. Their way of talking and giving advice is very pleasing it's like a family

The exam structure of this college is more of a smooth and systematic process .in each semistar we have practical and theory examination the theory examination is of 100 marks out of which 70 marks are written semistar exams and the rest 30 are the internal marks which depends on the attendance ,assignments and the marks obtained in 2 unit test .the practical examination is of 100 marks as well out of which 10 marks are for the project files 10 marks are for viva 10 marks for the attendance in the lab and the rest 70 for the experiments .the examination are taken in a very systematic way in the collage itself and the practical examination are taken two weeks before the theory examinations began

After my 12th CBSE examination was over I gv the west Bengal joint entrance examination my exam did not go well so I was a little upset about getting admission in a good collage then I came to know about cee ampai examination through my dad so I gave this examination .the center was close to my house in asansol engineering college the examination was not that difficult and I could easily secure a good rank 203 and was eligible for the ofline councling which also took place in asansol engineering college I got to choose from 5 different colleges I opted for narula institute of technology as this college had a good rank and record .there I paid the amount for the allocation of my seat then at the given date I visited the collage and took admission the admission procedure was very smooth and easy

This college is ranked as the 3rd best private engineering college in West Bengal. The college has been granted autonomous under MAKAUT. The faculty team of this college is well-qualified. Most of them hold a doctorate degree. Each student here gets a faculty mentor who helps in every matter of the student be it studies, games or personal problems. There are a lot of faculty members in this college and therefore, the student-faculty ratio is around 15:1 to 20:1. This institution is autonomous so it sets extra subjects or languages apart from the course curriculum in accordance with the present market.
