Entrance Preview

I opted for this college because this college has great infrastructure with so many good facilities and the faculty members of this college are very well qualified.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our college provide summer internship with average of around 10,000. Some of the companies who use to come and provide internship.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am not aware about scholarship for my course but yes we have Banks who provide loans to students at very low interest rates.

Campus Life

Our college is a diverse place to live. We have people from other places also so we are a diverse college. Various competitions happen time to time by various societies of our college. College has so many facilities.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni Network is a boon to any college and we are blessed with that. Our alumni specially alumni use to visit college every now or other day and they turn out to be very helpful in terms of placements or any other help they can do.

Faculty

Our course was started one of the oldest course of BIIB and hence the professors. Our professors have vast experience in their domain and are renowned professionals with various national and international journals under their belt.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. Because I wanted to pursue MBA in International Business and in India only few colleges offer this course. And according to my cutoff, I got here. Plus the average package came out to be good. Also the most interesting thing is that during selection process, they consider your overall performance rather than just focusing on the CAT,XAT, etc score.
