Review of NSUT

I chose this course for the love of electronics combined with the internet of things. This has always been my choice so I chose this course. Faculty: student ratio is approximately 1:10 which is perfect. Faculties are Ph.D. holders. Term exams are after every two-three months and they are easy to pass if studied properly before exams.

The names of the companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Texas instrumentation, Goldman Sachs, and many more. Their stipend ranges from 60k to 1 lakh per month. The task is to assist the company by coding.

From 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Amazon, Google, microsoft, oracle, Goldman sachs,etc. There are more than 200 companies visiting for the placement. Highest package was 1.25 crore and average package is 8-10lpa. More than 90 percent students get placed on campus. Others choose higher studies or startup. My plan after getting a degree is to go for higher studies abroad.

The fees is 2,10,000per year currently and will increase by 10k every year. The scholarship is available for top 5% students of each branch. Also, different scholarships are available caste based and to EWS. Name of scholarship is E-Distric scholarship and many more. There are internships available on campus for freshers to support themselves financially.

Life at campus is amazing. There is annual gets called Moksha and tech fests, tech weeks, Resonanz and many more. Moksha is conducted in the month of March and Resonanz in the month of August and techweek was conducted in the beginning of February this year. There are Air conditionera in APJ lecture halls. There are all kinds of sports football, volleyball, basketball, cricket, badminton,table tennis, lawn tennis, kabaddi. there is Nsutx app maintained by students where attendance profile, results and college related info is updated. There are many societies as well in the name of extracurricular example dance, music, drama, debate etc. Newspaper is also published by our college.

I gave JEE taken by NTA and cleared the cut off of ECE with IOT. No improvement is needed in the selection process. It was completely merit-based. Reservation based on caste is there. Also, supernumerary seats for girls is provided for better gender ratio.
