- CAMPUS LIFE wonderful as it is ! the fountation, the blocks , the classrooms , the faculty everything is great ! you get to move in and around the cmapus! the societies and extra-curricular activities make it worth attending ! Lovely experience !!!
- INFRASTRUCTURE AND COURSE ! the fountation, the blocks , the classrooms! even the east and west campuses are good with maintained classrooms ! thee have smart board provision as well. auditorums are there.. well furnished playgrounds ,,,, as well !!!
- placements ! nsut is well known for tis placements ! Internships ranging frm Deollite to microsoft are there'! the avaerage package lies between 9 lakh per annum to 13 lakh per annum ! the students are experienced. every year around 75% are placed !!
Dislikes
- ACADEMIC PRESSURE - they have regular class tests and regular assignments +and both internal and external vivas make it little tough on the academic side to manage things! however with time a student learns how to manage it
- ATTENDANCE ISSUES - minumum 75 percentage of attendance req.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I am passionate about Computer Science and Coding. The faculty over here is hardworking and dedicated. Regular class tests are conducted and assignments are provided, which help the student to recognize his/her weak areas and improve accordingly. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate. However, to secure a good percentile, and to grab a placement in the top tech companies, one has to be attentive during lectures as well as a high amount of self-study.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies visit NSUT, for internships every year. From 2nd year and 3rd-year, students are eligible for internships, and from 4th year onwards from placements. Microsoft, Adobe, Accenture, Lenskart, etc. are the companies that offer internships at NSUT.
Placement Experience
One thing which NSIT is the most famous for its placements. From Microsoft to Google, students have bagged top tech placements, with the average package being 13 lakhs per annum. According to reports, nearly 632 out of 864 students were placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are affordable for most of the students and concession is provided for lower economic classes. There are special scholarship schemes for economically weaker sections as well, which ensure that money doesn't become a hindrance to the child's higher education.
Campus Life
Life at NSUT CAMPUS is one, which every student will crave for. The annual fest Moksha is organized every year. There are many societies and clubs, for example, DebSoc (The Debating Society), Mirage (Dance Society), IEEE NSUT (Technical Soc.), Crescendo (Music Soc.), and many more. All these, make campus life fun.
Admission
The admission in the college is as per the percentile scored in the Joint Entrance Examination - Mains (JEE MAINS) and allotment done by the Joint Admission Counselling (JAC DELHI). The JEE exam is conducted every year for approx. 12 lakh candidates. There is a special reservation in rank for the reserved categories.
