Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course as I can apply for both tech and non- tech companies and this branch has great research opportunities. Faculty is also good but it needs many improvements in teaching style and strict administration and Student/ teacher ratio is 105:1. Term exams are slightly difficult as because the time given to prepare for the exams is very less but overall it's easy.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Microsoft, Google, etc provides roles like web developer, some students are placed as management consultant, etc. University gives project to the students in 4th year so that students can build something by their own. Students get stipend nearly 25000 based on companies and post they are getting.
Placement Experience
Campus placements are excellent almost 80% students got placed on campus Students are eligible for placements in 8 semester. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Texas instruments, Qualcomm, etc visits in campus. Highest package of campus is 1.8cr and average package is 16lacs. After getting degree I would like to make changes in my life and conquer many things which I wanted to do but couldn't.
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year 10% fee is hiked and study cost is high as compared to average universities costs. Our university provide scholarship from national scholarship portal and fee waiver to students who has family income less 200000.
Campus Life
Annual fest is moksha and tech fest is organised by nsut IEEE society which is NSUTTHON. And moksha is conducted in month of March and NSUTTHON in January. Books are available in nsut Library and journal are updated time to time. Classrooms are good in nsut and new classrooms are being made for new students. Sports and extra curricular activities are excellent and sports week are also organised in which various branches participate and fight for victory. There are various social groups, clubs and websites also run by students.
Admission
Jee is the entrance exam which is required to qualify for taking admission in the university. Our university provide reservation to sc/st/obc category students and also to students who belongs to delhi. Students have to apply to jac delhi to take admission in college. And the admission process good and it needs slight improvements.
