- Infrastructure is not that good. It needs to be well maintained. Wifi should be installed everywhere in college campus.
- Canteen should include momos and non-veg foods
- Canteen price should be reduced. Some items are little expensive than normal rate.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have a huge interest in the commerce field and that's why I choose commerce in my 11th standard I wanted to do b.com hons because I think this is a very good course that provides various career opportunities. The faculty of my college is very good teachers are very supportive and their teaching method is also very excellent. Since I'm a fresher and I haven't given any exams so I don't have any idea how difficult the exams are.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides pretty good internships. The average stipend is 4000 pm while 21000 was the highest. Top companies come here for internship opportunities and they select students in a pretty good amount.
Placement Experience
My college provides average placements. I guess 4th sem students become eligible for college placements. Companies like KPMG, Deloitte, etc visit our college. I want work experience so after getting my degree I'll also do a 1-2 year job in any decent company.
Fees and Financial Aid
As we all know DU is a very prestigious university all over India. Its cut-offs are very Insane soo students have to work very very hard to get into this university. Also, people who can't afford private universities want to take admission to DU because is it very very pocket friendly. But the problem is the living cost here in Delhi is very high soo many of my friends didn't take admitted here even though they cleared cut-offs because they can't afford the cost of living. I think universities should give more scholarship benefits to students who need them the most.
Campus Life
I'm a first-year student right now. I was expecting a very fun college life but till now I haven't experienced that much. Societies are average, my college rarely organized any functions. But I hope in future we will enjoy our college life.
Admission
The admission process was a little bit lengthy and time-consuming. Since we were the first batch who gave cuet soo it was very confusing for students and the university was also changing its decisions very often. So it was a little headache for us. But overall I'm happy now because I got admission to my dream university. This is all that matters.
