Field of opportunities.

I always wanted to become an Engineer and I have an interest in understanding the structures like buildings, bridges, etc., so I have chosen this course as a career. There are 4 to 5 faculties per subject in our department. All the faculties are well qualified and have great knowledge in a particular field and are good at spreading it. All the faculties are very good at teaching and they usually teach us in the bilingual mode so that all the topics could be easy for us to understand. The Mid sem Exams are generally conducted in the 3rd month of the semester and the university exams are conducted at the end of the sem. Generally, one sem is consisting of 5-6 months. The exams are not very hard they are of moderate level and by studying regularly and solving the previous year's question papers one can pass the exams very easily.

Various departments are providing internship opportunities to students. Like in the civil department in GIS and AutoCAD etc. Various subjects are having project works to be completed by the students like the GIS and survey projects which result in the contours and maps of various fields.

The campus placement in our college is very Good. Students in their final year are eligible for campus placements. various companies like Adani, Reliance, L&T, ARATI, TCS, MG, SANGHI CEMENT, etc are participating in campus placement. The highest package given to a student is 9 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA. Generally, 60-70% of the students are getting placed in prestigious companies every year. My future plan is to get placed through the campus placement policy.

I study in a government Engineering college so it is easy for a middle-class family to spend that much amount for study purposes. Generally, the fees of our college are 1500 INR per annum. So it is affordable for a middle-class family. Even the government is providing various scholarships and financial support to the students. Scholarships are of various types and different categories of students are eligible for applying respectively. Scholarships like MYSY, GUEEDC, DIGITAL GUJRAT, NPL, etc are available. Various companies are participating in a placement fest organized every year where around 60% of the total strength of students gets placed. If any student wants to do a master's (ME), the government provides a stipend to them so it can be used in their research field.

In our college, there are many fest & events that are organized by different-different clubs like adventure club, coders club, FOSS programming club, IEEE Idce, innovator club, mind palace, NSS, SAE Idce, Robocon Ldce, VOX Populi club, track club. these are the clubs that help many students to improve their skills by organizing events. In the month of February rang de event was organized by the NSS club, Sahitya Sarita by Lakshya, LD cricket championship by Rotaract club, etc are organized every year. In the library all kinds of reference books for generally every subject are available. We can issue a book and use it. In every department, some classrooms are having projectors and most of the classrooms is having a capacity of 200 students so everyone can sit comfortably. All the clubs mentioned above are generally run by students and social groups are also there. Various pages on social media are there for spreading the information.

I have 68 percent in the 12th class. So for admission, I have a sufficient percentage and a sufficient GUJCET score. So my admission process is smooth. If there is website improvement possible, then it will be more smooth.
