Entrance Preview

I was told by the college admission management to apply using the GATE score in the college or get a very good score in the entrance exam which is conducted by the college. The entrances test the ability of the student to solve difficult questions in a pre defined time and if they have actually remembered anything they learnt at school.

Campus Life

The campus life is very good and the college has offered all the basic facilities that is primarily required for day to day studies like a very good and updated laboratory to apply their knowledge and test the theory subjects. The other best part is the high speed, good and fibre internet around the whole campus.

Hostel Facilities

The college is very strict about its ragging problem. Any student found violating this rule will be immediately suspended from the college and their admission will get cancelled in a blink. No excuses will be entertained by the college regarding this. The college is also punctual about the attendance of the students.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

The students get chance to meet the alumni of the college during the alumni meet which is conducted every 6 months and not once in a year. It is done so that the students of the college get the chance to meet the alumni twice and if any alumni missed the event due to any reason are able to be present during the second one.

The faculty of the college taught us very well. We never thought that we would be able to study and complete the course without any fails on our any of the subjects. But with the help of teachers and our hard work, we passed the course with a very good score. This helped us in getting good job offers also.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive.
