Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the course as I wanted to pursue B.com(Hons) degree from a well-known college. Faculty to student ratio was about 100 students there were 2 teachers. All the faculty members were good and hold a reputed degrees like M.com, Msc. The teachers explained the topics very well. The exams were of two types with unit test of 20 marks and main exam of 80 marks as set by calcutta university. The interval was around 6 months(semester-wise). Pre- covid the exams timely occurred but in covid time it was delayed with a gap of few months. I would say difficulty level of exam was of moderate level in terms of passing the exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee policy was 30000 per year in three years' time I paid 1,12,000 during my whole course due to covid the reason for that is there campus and teaching staff are of good quality. It provided campus jobs of sales associates, Back office jobs with a stipend ranging from Rs 10000-12000.
Campus Life
We had an annual fest named "Ripples" every year it happened. It also had a library and books can be borrowed from the same. We had quite big classrooms with an av class conducted per day. It also had sports events and many clubs were there, for example, environment awareness, and marathon events.
Admission
It was a simple process where I applied through an admission form to get admission into the college and got admission when I made the payment for 1 year for the course through the demand draft from a bank.
