Likes

Teaching staff is very goods . Health centre for students is also very neat and clean
Canteens for students in different departments is there .
Religious places are also there for students.

Dislikes

Water purification system is worse here.
Student car is not allowed in our university.
High fees for medical courses and load of assignments.

Course Curriculum Overview

For preparing myself for competitive exams. Faculty: Student ratio is 25:500. Most of the senior teachers are Ph.D. holders and others are pursuing it. After 6 months after the beginning of a semester term exams are held and if you prepare yourself in time than it is very easy to pass the exams.

Class Size: 170Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Tata, SBI, and others provide internships in our university along with different stipends like 15000, 18000, etc. Recently I heard about a task given by SBI to my friend that he has to cover insurance of 800000 lakh rupees when he cleared his interview.

Fees and Financial Aid

For B.A.(Hons) Social Sciences takes approx. 90,000 for the full fees of the course and there are no sudden hikes they take place after 5-6 years. Currently, I haven't got a job from campus so I also not getting any stipend. I'm only focusing on my studies.

Campus Life

There Diwali fest, Jashan, and other departments wise fest take place in our university. There are approx. 700000 books including 5500 rare books and about 400000 journals are there in our library. Our university has won the 26 times MAKA trophy. GNDU Confession, GNDU memes and there are many more websites that are run by students.

Admission

Minimum 55% in 12th Class. On the official website of GNDU Amritsar-( gndu.ac.in). No, I didn't avail of any reservation benefits because I belong to the General category. Proper supervision while conducting tests and effective counseling.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I study Psychology, Computer Science and Elective English. I love everything about Psychology. The whole course structureis perfect, and they focus on practicality as well. What I don't like about Computer Science is the lack of practical experience. Exams are fairly easy and are conducted twice per semester. Mid Semester exams are short and the duration is one week. And the finals can go for as long as one and a half month.

Lpu is good in exposure, experience of college life, increase your communication skills because students are from foreign and other states but backlashs are management is often careless on students. If students need help they regarding any activity in college they don’t respond quickly.
