Electronics and Communication Engineering is evergreen Branch of ENGINEERING, b'coz it covers the both hardware and software components.this feild is constantly evolving with new tech advances such as VLSI , AI , ROBOTICS , EMBEDDED SYSTEMS. ECE graduates have diverse range of career oppertunities as this cource offers hands-on learning experiences, allowing students to work on real world projects, build test circuits and desigh and implement communication systems.the demands for skilled ec engineers is expected growth in the coming years providing job stability and growth. VLSI engineers are often command high salaries due to specialized skill and knowledge required for their jobs,

generally in ldce companies dont offer any internships , they only come for placements . some of the companies like reliance gives opportunities for summer intership with stipend upto 30k for the mech. ic and some other branches. they gives training and gives industrial experience to the students.

LDCE has a good placement record with many top companies visiting the campus for recruitment.the college has a dedicated training and placement cell that works towards enhancing the employability skills of the student and providing them with oppertunities to secure employement in reputed companies students are eligible for placement after 6 sem. i.e. placements starts in mid of 7th sem. some of top recruiters are TCS,infosys,Wipro,L&T,Tech Mahindra , Reliance, Adani, initiative clouds ,eInfochips,Acenture,MG motors , HSBC, GNFC, and manymore. the average package offerd to students is 4-4.5 LPA and highest package can go upto 15-20 LPA. students from CS-IT are geiitng placed in mnc like microsoft and amazon in off campus mode by their skills. the placement percentage varies from branch to branch, this year computer dept. have placement ratio of 149/160. BE 1st year fees is 800 Rs. BE 2nd year fees is 2370. BE 3rd year fees is 2070. BE 4th year fees is 2070. for girls , there is no fees for their academics. these fee structure is very affordable and exam fees are also around 800rs per sem . as such scholarship are not available in college but we can app;y for the goverment scholarship schemes like MYSY, digital Gujarat etc.

LDCE offers a wide range of extracurricular activities that cater to the diverse interest of its students and help them develope their skills and personalityoutside the classroom. lakshya fest is the most popular fest which organizes various quizes, tech quizes, indoor tournaments like chess , lan gaming tournaments of BGMI ,clash royAL etc, outdoor tournaments , singing competitions any many more. every year ldce organizes cricket tournamens as well. there are several clubs such as IEEE student branch , ROBOCON club ,CODERS club , NSS ,NCC , PRAKALPA Club, club DHANAK , LAA club etc and they condux=ct many activities for student skill developement outside of classrooms. ldce library has large variety of BOOKs , there are technical books , historical books , bio graphies , novels etc.

Addmission process was very smooth, students need to register for ACPC (Addmission Committee for Professional Courses) , After 12th (PCM)and gujcet examination. ACPC will announce date of Mock round to make students friendly with choice filling...after it they will Do main choice filling rounds and best college with best branch they will allote student as his choice filling list. the application form will be available at acpc website , we need to register for entering in admission process. there are reservation 7% for SC ,15% for ST , 27% for SEBC ,10% for OPEN-EWS . 5% for physically disabled(more than 40% disability) and 1% for serviceman and ex- serviceman. merit marks is given by = (theory BOARD PCM * 0.6) + (GujCET PCM percentile *0.4) based on merit marks and rank barnches will be allocated . so be carefull to select the appropriate branch and collage.
