Remarks

College is good but it should improve its quality in its faculty sections. It need more qualified and experienced professors.College should bring more companies for recruitment. And should improbe its infrastructure.

Entrance Preview

Firstly i was a mediocre student and i appered for OJEE. I got 12k rank in my first attempt. So i chosed to get enrolled in this college.

Internships Opportunities

I was offerd an internship in mindtree. Which was a it company. There i was tought how to face problems,aptitude and reasoning and basic programming. It was a good experience for me. General stipend was 4000 inr which is good enough.

Placement Experience

Well i am in final year and yet no companies approached. But from past a heck of companies came and good amount of aspirants got selected. Packages varries from 5L-8L/annum.

College Events

Its the most important thing you can enjoy in your college life.Tech feasts, Functions,freshers party,robotics enough for your curricular development.sports days,outings,picnic this things you will cherish about.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible/expensive, on my prospects its feasible according to the quality of education per year you have to pay 67k which include all taxes ,tuition fees,transport charges n all.Fair enough.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scolarship are there for scolar students. You can avail out from college and also from govt.in college they will provide you free of course fee if you top in their entrance. And also govt. Will provide 50% off in course fee according to your merit.

Campus Life

Campus life is good. Canteen, labs are the place where you will meet with your friends. Racisim and ragging is not present here. Sex ratio is not as expected. May be Ladies have less intrest in this course. Economics status are not high. You will feel convenient with others.politics has less affluence in college.

Hostel Facilities

I am a day scholar. So dont know much about hostel lif. Yet it is nice ,well maintained and poor food. Wi-fi and electricity available 24 hours . 2 outings are also there per month. Boys and girls hostel are different amd highly under surveillance.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are good and well mannered. They will help you in evry manner in you will be polite with them. You will feel like families.They will help you in projects,seminars and outings. You will learn from them a lot.

Exam Structure

Exam structure- like most engineering courses.2 semistars per year.And each semistar consists of 3 internal. every semestar has vivas, seminars, project which takes some time to prepare. So i will say it is mix. Hectic and fun!

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

My college experience was overall good ...

I had choose this college because it's giving a lots of facilities and most importantly it's situated near my home town, so my travel expenses are very less and very flexible for me . Apart from that I had applied other colleges too but due to location nd other facilities, I had choose this one. I had applied 2 more college earlier but got 1 rejection from that college for my mark ...as they need little bit more percentage from my side.
