My college life.

Good but cgpa system is bad without it I had no complain.

AIEEE was the name of the exam back then in 2010 I do not much remember what I scored about the course i was not that much interested but rather I was happy to be a student of NIT Rourkela.

Very good since NITs are colleges of national importance of India obviously it is a good college which provides a great platform for good engineers and as well as to be entrepreneurs.

I went to IOCL (Indian oil corporation, ltd haldia refinery) for my internship in my 3rd year overall it was a great experience the fact is IOCL did not come to our college to take interns but since i was from the college i applied and got selected as such without much difficulties the stipend offered was 10000 per month.

Good since it is in the top 15 colleges of India & since a NIT placement is good more than 100 companies visit every year to our campus to take engineers i got selected in future's first which is in general an investment banker job. Job interview was although difficult but this company never visits any of the private colleges of the country.

Cultural festival International students meet garden festival celebrity night in my four years I saw (vishal Sekhar, k.k, Sonu nigam, I don't remember who came in the first year).

Expensive now but back then it was not in private colleges where you have to pay 8 or 10 lacs for 4 years I only had to spend 3 lacs in 4 years 23k for tuition fee 10k 12k mess fees.

Yeah loan availability and scholarship both were given students under AIR 2000 were given 2500 scholarship and loan was available with 0% interest till u get a job at max of one year after your college is over after which normal study loan interest is applied.

We had 8:1 boys to girls ratio so there were 7 boys hostels and 2 girls there was scarcity of girls in our college competitions like annual sports meet, inter NIT cricket.

Mess and hostel were good hostels are one of the largest and beautiful hostels of India i lived in vikram sarabhai hall of residence which was made for 1200 students and is the largest hostel of asia every weeknds we get to eat chicken tandoori 4 times a

Seniors are good interactive and every one should also because they will come handy sometime you will find your seniors every where so you have to be friend with them in time they will help u.

Exam structure is not that much difficult if you will study very day 1 hr otherwise you can get mad just at looking the amount of study require for the exam if you have not studied anything before since it is a deemed college our professors only gave us m
