Remarks
IISE’s students are privileged to have two grand auditoriums: Chidanand and Ambedkar. Chidanand auditorium is a specialized and sophisticated setting for movies, songs, auditions, etc. requiring high quality audio-video system. Ambedkar Hall, with its huge stage, allows stage plays, dancing, skits, etc. Depending on the nature of the activity, students make use of both.
Entrance Preview
I haven't took any entrance exam. I cleared the round and got selected in the course. I chose this college mainly because the the beautiful campus it has got. There was aptitude test and personal interview. It wasn't so hard for me as I felt confident all the while.
Placement Experience
Placement cell and its members where pretty active and had good contacts with employers throughout the country they had a good database of alumni as well who assisted students in finding their place of occupation packages where not offered looking at the college but how the candidate performed, so some were really good, some good and some average.
Campus Life
As any other colleges there is no fixed or permanent pattern on gender ratio or students diversity. Intake is dependent upon merit. There is excellent hostel facilities for students at university, many newly constructed hostels and dormitory are helpful to outstation students
Faculty
The faculty selected for this course were very professional and hard working. They always came prepared with bunch of notes for each class. Really professional faculty. But sometimes they used to behave unreasonably. For example, blackmailing us against our attendance as attendance was the most important criteria of admission.
