Internship Opportunity

The course curriculum is much more updated now as compared to the past but still requires improvement. I have 5 subjects in 1 sem i.e. Maths, Computer Programming, EEE, BME, Physics. If I compare my college to a few colleges i.e. IIIT Delhi, DTU and even IIT Delhi, IIIT Delhi have a much-upgraded curriculum and their faculty is so good at teaching.

Currently, I am in 1 year so I don't get any internship till now. Internship season is held in 5 semesters or at the last of the 2 years. So you can get a stipend of 36000 or above per month if you crack any internship opportunity. Lastly, an internship is of 3 months if you perform well in it, you can get PPO in that company.

Fees structure of NSUT is slightly lower as compared to IIIT Delhi but still for middle-class family fees is so high. The college admin itself doesn't provide any scholarship but yah students apply for their scholarship on NSP or the e-district portal for fee reimbursement. An on-campus job opportunity that's the main reason I enter the college but competition in my college is so high regardless of good opportunities for internship and placement. Around 2100 students studying B.tech in different branches, CSE department itself has around 800 students ( includes IT, MAC CSDS, etc), so think how much competition is in my college. So I suggest you think about IIT and even IIIT Delhi where the CSE department has less than 400 students.

Life on the campus is pretty good. There is a lots of events suchs sports events, society events organised by Crosslinks (one of the society). Lastly the moksha most awaited events organised by students itself by taking sponsor.

The admission process was little hactic, everyday I have to visit the website daily for sake of any new notices and yah website name is Jac Delhi, the whole process of counselling was conducted by Jac Delhi. Last but not the least JEE Mains is the only entrance exam, you have to give to enter in the university and eligibility criteria is above 75% in class 12.
