- I like the way of teaching that are faculties do to make a understand easily and make our concepts very clear.
- Our college library is also very good at keeping different kinds of books other than studies also like comics and novels are also available in the library
- I also like that arrangement of different sports by the sports department like they have provided the basketball court volleyball court and indoor games also..
Dislikes
- The thing I dislike is only that the water provided is not up to the mark because the quality of filter I think is low and the water also not tastes good
Course Curriculum Overview
I was from a biology background and I was interested in botany also so I decided to opt for the same. Faculties are well-educated, friendly, and good in behavior also. The teaching method of all the faculties is very good and they have completed their Ph.D. and some have master's degrees too. Exam time is decided by Delhi University for our college and it is very easy to pass the exams just by reading the notes given by teachers.
Fees and Financial Aid
Faces according to the middle-class family it can be easily afforded by middle-class families also and the fee criteria are divided accordingly that is tuition fees with the practical fees also and a few admission fees. The scholarship is given to some special students like from the NCC Kota or the backward students belonging to sc or ST communities.
Campus Life
There are several fests conducted in our department like the botanical society (Prakriti) conducts fests every month for the students of our society. Books and generals are easily available in the library you can avail of them with your college library card. Classroom sar provided with projectors for easy understanding of students. College also has a sports department that takes care of all the sports events and extracurricular activities students are also provided chances to play different games or sports. There are various societies in our college that are run by students like the Jamini society of arts and culture.
Admission
Eligibility of the course was based on percentage criteria decided by the University of Delhi for our batch based on our percentage, I was supposed to apply for colleges of Delhi University and I found Dyal Singh college appropriate for me. Application forms can be found on the du portal on google and we can check our profile with the email and password we use to fill out the admission form.
