Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of first thing interest in coding and second the coding culture of nsut and for last reason, the placements in CSE are mind-blowing, faculty is nice but as a government college some faculties are just doing their work and doesn't care about their teaching styles student ratio is fine. as a first-year student I have experienced they have well-planned exam schedule or class test schedule and practicals schedule and it's not hard to pass in them but you have to study consistently to score good GPA
Internships Opportunities
internships are offered in 2nd year many companies came such as microsoft google infosys hire many interns. the roles can be variable not fixed they can ask you to work on a project for 6 months and give a stipend of up upto 1.5lakh.
Placement Experience
from 3rd year the students are eligible for campus placements and placements are just lit in nsut I'm talking about cse average is around 24lpa and this year highest is around 1.25 crore package percentage of students placed is around 97 per cent my plan is to apply in mnc and grab an international package.
Fees and Financial Aid
As a middle-class family child, the fees are way too high for me and my parents just crossing 2 lakhs per year as a government college they must reduce their fees and I notice the fees are also way higher than some private engineering colleges, but you can avail scholarships available through district and nsp based on merit and castes.
Campus Life
college life is awesome the campus is gorgeous itself greenery and natural beauty, fests are conducted in march month such as the annual fest moksha is going to be in march and our tech fest was in February books are available in library classrooms are fully ac for the first years and annual sports day are also conducted in our college
Admission
The admission process was smooth but slow, for eligibility of the course the candidate must have qualified jee mains with a good rank for computer science and engineering in general it's about 12000 to get admission, for the application form and registration the candidate must go through the JAC DELHI admission brochure for subsequent years and application fees is around is 1500 at my time and these forms are released after the jee mains result. The reservation benefits are alot if you are a delhi candidate because of 85% seat reservation of delhi students caste benefit is also beneficial to me because I have scored around 30k rank in jee mains as an sc candidate which helps me to get cse.
Other Applied Colleges
Delhi Technological University - [DTU] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Engineering)
its not convenient for me to travel for nearly about 4hrs daily to reach campus.
