Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I had a great interest in computer science. The student ratio is good in our course is 40:60 Our college faculties are PG Qualified and PhD qualified also. Exams are held semester-wise and per completion of the unit to check the progress of the Student

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are good according to the facility provided in our college for the first semester 42000 rs and 33000 each semester. As SMS is affiliated with LU and lu provide scholarship to all the eligible student Our college also provides many internships after 2nd semester and a stipend respectively

Campus Life

Every year AAGMAN, ALVIDA and many other Fest are held for freshers and a final year respectively. All books are available in the library for each course. Sports and co-curricular activities are held every year our college is very enthusiastic about these activities.

Admission

To take admission to our college one should have a minimum of 55% in intermediate school Applicants can get the application from the office and websites There is no reservation for any caste No improvement is required in this process

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
