College is quite good. And i don't think anyone would leave a bad remark.

Entrance Preview

I took BITSAT and my score was 180, this college comes under the university of delhi and is well known for studies. I wanted to go for a college where we have good teachers so i opted this one.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is well distributed in a time span of 3 years .teachers are excellent in their teaching style. overall this college is quite good both in studies and extra activities. Regular fests, events, competitions are there.

Internships Opportunities

So many companies including the well knows like infosys, tcs, wipro, hike, edusmart and many more come for placement and internships. normal package is around 5 lacs.

Placement Experience

Placement is good. I will not say that its best. its on an average mark. average packaged offered is 5 lacs by companies like infosys, tcs, wipro, hike, edusmart.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is below the nominal rates offered accross the country. Most of the courses hava an annual fee of amount which is less than rs 10000/- . maximum fee is below 30000/- .

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee concessions are provided to the students based on their performance in college semester exams. Also taking into account the caste system scholarships are provided to the students.

Campus Life

College life is quite good, good teachers, girls to boys ratio is 60:40. It also has a women development cell to give a push to the female gender. Students with different religion can be seen.

Hostel Facilities

Canteen of the college is well developed, clean and hygenic. Everything is available readily and the staff at the canteen is also good and helping.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are of all kinds. some kind some of a different nature. but still they are the seniors and they help alot during the required time. though they are sometimetimes in a crazy mood, but still that is also necessary.

Exam Structure

Exams are totally based on the university's pattern. labs were not too tiring not also chilling too. we had to work for 4 hours to complete our work.

Placement Experience:

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

I applied for this college because of 2 main reasons to be exact..one, its co-ed, after studying in co-ed schools my whole life it would have been hard of I applied for all women's college. 2nd its infrastructure and NIRF ranking, even tho its an off campus college, its still one of the best colleges under DU. Good college for Life science.

I had a chance to float and choose other colleges of Delhi University But this college has everything which a modern infrastructure college wants and lab facilities for sciemce students is much good than north campuses. Modern infrastructure of this college gives competition to North campus of delhi university. I applied for Delhi university and colleges which i selected was Hindu college,Ramjas college,SGTB khalsa,Deen dayal upadhyaya ,kirori mal college,etc. But in first round i Got Deen dayal college so i continued with it and froze my seat . Later on E mail came from college for joining. Your documents verification occurs in november and you are given a more chance if you are not able to submit the documentt. Eligibility of my course: PCB background with 60% in 12th And tou should apply for CUET and select subjects like Physics, chemistry and biology also English(qualifying).
