- Classrooms and the crowd here is also nice and decent
- Security is very strict and the greenery also the ANNUAL SPORTS DAY held on 10th of march
Dislikes
- Priority is given more to academics instead of sports
- Management of sports complex and sports teams is not taken very seriously
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is too vast and interesting, Biotechnology itself is something too important and much needed these days!! The faculty here at NSUT are really helpful and faculty: The student ratio is also fair. Teachers are highly qualified and have their own teaching methods which are very creative. Term exams were held on time so as to bring the semester on track and Academics here are manageable to pass with some extra co-curricular activities too.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure though is a bit higher than it should be, the fees hike nearly 6% every year. Though colleges holds seminars on financial assistance and campus jobs, therefore tech, and non-tech job assistance is given through seminars where they invite guest speakers also.
Campus Life
Life on campus is great. Annual fest and dTech fest- MOKSHA AND INNOVISION(in the month of March). RESONANZ(Annual intra-college cultural fest) - in the month of October. Smart classrooms like APJ and smart blocks with smart screens and projectors. A sports complex is present with a majority of sports courts. For e.g. Cricket grounds, football grounds, running tracks, basketball courts, volleyball courts, lawn tennis, badminton, TT, etc. There are many different societies and some have their own websites for students run by Students.
Admission
Eligibility- JEE CUT OFFS. Application form- JAC website, fees 1200, application dates are released after JEE result is declared. Admission was done through the JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION and the counseling process was done through JAC(JOINT ADMISSION COUNSELLING) website. The admission process was fair enough.
