- The curriculum is very chill and professor are not very strict on deadline.
- Sports have a big role and would not require to master in each but can help you in developing from the basics
- Campus is fully open so no restrictions in moving out at times
Dislikes
- The campus being open to general public would lead to heavy traffic in college streat.
- Hostels are crowded with 2 people in a room suited for one.
- Clubs activities are not on a national level so it becoms more of a hobby than a career.
Course Curriculum Overview
This was the best option I could find. Electronics classifies as a circuital branch. This would open the same opportunities the Computer science students would have. The faculty-student ratio is around 10 professors for a department of 400 students across all year. The teaching method is great with their high expertise in any topic they teach. Exams are timely.
Fees and Financial Aid
1.5 lacs for each semester. Each year has 2 semesters. For general students. Else for SC, ST, and PWD, the fees are around 15k per sem. College doesn't provide scholarships, however, external scholarships are there.
Campus Life
The biggest annual fest is Kashi yatra held in Jan. Technex annual tech fest is in March. Sports fest is held in October. The library is not that big but would be sufficient to find the books for the courses taught. The classroom is basic with good benches and projectors but no air conditioning they are well equipped with a mic. Sports are well appreciated by each indoor and outdoor sport. Everything is unique from shotput to Javelin throw. Many clubs from business management to social service to robotics to sports car average to the aerodynamic club to music club.
Admission
Eligibility is in12 needs to be PCM courses with 75 % minimum. The NTA website by the government serves as the application portal. The process is very smooth and couldn't have improved better. The Jossa counseling takes place after you have scored a rank, then you have to fill in the choices of colleges and courses according to your preferences. The allotted seat is shown when the round completes. A total of 6 rounds.
