Honest Fresher Review

I chose this course as I didn't want to take a drop year and it was the best college I was getting honestly it's not like I regret my decision much. Computer Science was all I could ask for and I have it here. The university has a 100% doctoral faculty (all teachers have Ph.D.). This university also provides a CAL-TECH system of teaching. There are quite a few excellent faculties and the rest are good too. It's just that personally saying, there are only a few teachers who aren't good.

If you have an idea for a business or a startup , financial help is offered by E-cell( a club at university). The faculties help you through their knowledge and connections for grabbing an internship opportunity if you are good enough in a field. There are various sessions and webinars regarding improving skills for an internship/placements. I happen to have this much knowledge for an internship as I am a fresher. The rating below is an assumption based on my senior's reviews.

As it's a new campus only 3 batches have passed from the university. But looking at the increase in the highest package, it looks promising. And having an avg of 6.5 lakhs with 2500 students is good I think and if you work hard enough you are sure to grab a 10 lakh + offer. University also offers financial help to students with a good business idea/startup idea.

There are 5 categories in the fees structure. Category 1- RS 1,98,000 Category 2- Rs 3,07,000 Category 3- Rs 4,05,000 Category 4- Rs 4,48,000 Category 5- Rs 4,93,000 I am not well aware about the scholarship oppurtunity sorry for that. But the college helps you in regards for an education loan. The university has an e-cell which provides finances to studnets with buisness ideas.

The annual fest is called ADVITYA which is quite a refresh and enteratining fest offering various events such as drama , gaming , sports , concerts , dnacing , singing, art & literarture , anime events and many more. There is a 2 floor library and is good place if you want to do you work in peace. But the library timings is less according to me as it closes at 6 pm on weekdays and on weekdays it closes at 4 pm. Classrooms have a strength of 70 on an average. Some classrooms are too luxurious for a classroom but also there are few pretty ok for a classroom. There are quite a few clubs such as gaming club, robotics club, IOS club , android development club, sports club , even an anime club and many more clubs. Many of which are operated by students. The only thing I think to warn you about is that boys hostel is around 2 km far from academic block thus you have to walk quite a lot .But if you go with your friends,to be honest it dosent bother that much. Cycle is allowed also.

Hostels are good . It bhas 3 boys hostel where one has an capacity of 1500+ and other 2 have 633 . 2 new blocks are also being built. There is 1 girls hostel and a new hostel under construction. A mall is also being constructed and an movie theatre too (according to waht i heared from contractors) . The basketball court is good and badminton and is also palyed there. Football ground is not good unfortunately but i hope they work that out soon. Cricket does not have a particuular ground also. Its tournaments are played on football ground as for now. Hostel mess is pretty good in comparison to other hostels mess review i got.

VIT BHOPAL is located near Bhopal and is a part of the VIT group of institutions. The university offers many programs/courses such as engineering, management, science, etc. VIT BHOPAL offers most no of specializations in computer science engineering than any other VIT branch. You have the specializations such as gaming, health informatics, aerospace, AI&ML, cyber security, cloud computing, etc. There is an entrance exam for VIT universities known as VITEEE. With counseling, you can get computer science to 80k-1 lakh rank. But the course charges may differ as there are 5 categories in fee structure varying from Rs 1,98,000 in category 1 - Rs 5,00,000 in category 5. Overall I would say that currently, the university is developing as it's a new university established in 2017 but it shows promise as you can have the last 3 years' placements data and see that it's improving pretty well. The only thing is it has the high discipline and you couldn't go to visit Bhopal just whenever you wish.
