Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course to enhance my skillset in coding to get a decent job, as I was always interested in computers and new technology. the college has a good student-to-faculty ratio, and we can reach out to the faculty for any kind of help. the faculty is component and have good qualifications from top-tier colleges. Exams were held 2 times in a semester, one is a minor exam and one is a major exam.
Internships Opportunities
I did my internship in make me builder company, it was a construction based company, where i was a part of graphic design, web development and digital marketing team. stipend - there was no stipend as it was a startup company
Placement Experience
Placements are good for btech students, the college has very good connections with different companies, and they visit every year to hire students and provide them internships too. 90% of students get placed every year. avg. the package is 3.5L and max. package is 16L
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure for btech is 10.40 lakh for 4 years. every year they have a hike of 3% in fees. you also get scholarship opportunities by scoring more than 9.5 cgpa in the sem. the college has good contacts with the corporate and has a good placement cell, which helps the students to get the placement easily
Campus Life
'Momentum' is the name of the annual fest which takes place every year in the month of November, in which variable Punjabi singers comes as a guest. books and journals are available in the library, and you can easily issue any of those for 14 days using your id card. there are also various clubs, of which you can become a part. + there are sports clubs as well. classrooms are well lighted and have ACs, projectors and good quality benches.
Admission
Eligibility criteria if you've scored more than 50% in 12th in science (Physics, chemistry, math) stream. you're eligible for BTech. you can directly apply from the NCU website, by filling up the application form. the application fee is 1000Rs, and admission starts in April.
Interview Experience
There was no written test or group discussion during my admission in the year 2017. There was just an interview round for the selection process in btech, where they ask you about yourself and why you want to pursue btech.
