A life at S.I.E.S College , Nerul

I have chosen baf since I love the accounting world and practical knowledge. The faculty of accounts is the best in the entire college. They are cooperative and highly qualified. The exams are conducted semester wise 2 semesters per year. The important points are covered very well. Exams take place in 2 halves one in November and another in April.

There's an internship opportunity available right now, at Ernst young company, the role of hr internship, work from home, stipend - 21000/ month. Tasks are basic HR duties to recruit, select and look after employees' complaints.

Students become eligible for placements in the third year. Before that, they get internship opportunities as well in the second year. The companies visited are more than 40. The top companies are jio, Bajaj, Reliance, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, etc. 60 70% of students get placed. The highest packages offered would be around 5 6LPA. Avg would be around 3 4 LPA. My plans are to study further for my master's.

The fee structure is perfect as per my degree is concerned. Scholarships are also provided to students who are interested. They get a good off from fees. Also, they have railway concessions. I haven't got placed yet. But there are internship opportunities available every year.

Honestly, this is the best college if you are looking for a college with fests. In the entire Navi Mumbai, this is the college with so many fests. The best part is that these fests are organized by students themselves so it allows students to build their personalities meet new people and develop their skills. There are lots of committees from educational to cultural. There are students participating in sports at the University level from this college. Libraries are well-versed.

Admission process was quite smooth. After 12 std I applied through the Mumbai University website, where you have upload the college as first preference. Also , filled the college personal admission form with required documents ( HSC marksheet so on ).All the details about when the admission process was started was updated on college website.Merit lists were displayed on the website as well as offline. There's a minority quota for South Indian people here. They set the cut-off from the first list they upload.
