My college experience

Over all its private college they are good in marketing just focusing on revenue generation, not spending money of quality of resources and faculty. you won't learn anything new. College management is ok.

No entrance examination is required for admission in the college minimum criterion for admission in BCA is 50 % in class 12. Yes they do have their own entrance exam JOINT ENTRANCE TEST just for show off. if you fail you that then also you get the admission.

Since BCA is affiliated to CCS university syllabus is old and no update occur like NIT's who update their syllabus time to time. Yes, study in this college is not important as attendance because once you have taken admission in the college 65 percent attendance is necessary otherwise ready to pay fine , and you must have to pay fine even if you are son of prime minister and one more thing I would like to add mostly you have to go to college to write notes only there is nothing like a lecture faculties will come and start dictating you notes you write them get your attendance and go to home.

yes or no both they sometimes will refer you to some companies for internahip but charge the fee for that otherwise you yourself find a company for internship.

Below Average in my last two years only three companies visited , and in my session two companies visited one hired two students with salary 28 k per month other hired 12 or 14 students with 12 k per month out of 180 students, And I was not part of selection bcoz of Backlog.

There are two categories for BCA course one is Normal BCA for which you pay AROUND 1 LAKH PER YEAR, Second is Scholar BCA for which you pay 150000 for one year, Just like economy and business class in air travel, but here is little or no difference. And most important thing you have pay whole year fee at staring one month of first sem otherwise they charge high fine of 500 per day. and if you will not pay fine they won't accept examination form during semester exam. One line college is not for quality education they are just finding ways to increase revenue and charge fine.

No scholarship, neither loan facility by college, only discount of 10000 in tuition fee for first year for students who have 85 above percentile in class 12.

we have 60 students almost in our section and 12 or less girls, and ratio is same in all BCA sections. During my period not any special workshops organised, and yes they provided BCA English improvement for rs 20000, every student paid but only few were able to sit in classes and few of few students got certificate, and rest of students were just fighting with faculty members that when their classes will occur but they postponed and nothing happened.

Girls hostel is there , so I have no idea about girls hostel. boys have to find their accommodation paying guests are available near college around in the area of 1 hour to kilometers but the accommodation charges quite expensive its around 7 to 10000 on food and accommodation and if you include your own expensive than normally one month expenses will be around 10000.

Students and faculty members are helpful. but some faculty. members which are working from 3 to 4 years have attitude and they really just want to put control over the students and they might not be helpful sometimes and trying to show off like they are knowledgeable and experience but they do don't have any knowledge so they are just acting like they know everything.

Every odd semester conducts two internal exams and then University semester exams and In even semester one internal exam is conducted then university semester exam. Out of 100 marks per subject 25 marks are taken from internal exam. in case of even odd semester where two internal exams occurred the marks are selected from the exam in which you scored higher.

Admission is simple just come to college buy admission form and pay tuition fee installment you get admission, they will try get more and more of tuition fee at once only, like they will force you that better submit whole year fee at starting first month of your first semester otherwise they will charge you with fine of 500 rs per day, that is very unfair.

Faculty behavior is very good but they are not knowledgeable about topics because every year they hire new faculty members and fire existing faculty just so that they do not have to pay salary increment on existing faculty, most faculty members are freshers with little and no experience, Since I m in my last semester I have seen mostly good and experienced faculty who were teaching from 3 to 4 years got fired and new were hired at low salary.
