Course Curriculum Overview
The MBA across IIMs is very rigorous and helps an individual to be industry ready. By choosing this course it helps me get information about the industry. The faculty-student ratio is quite good. The qualifications are graduation.
Internships Opportunities
A lot of companies take part in summer internship programs. Some of the top recruits include ICICI Bank, BNY Mellon, Microsoft, CRISIL, Adobe, Digit, Porter, etc. The whole batch got the summer placement.
Placement Experience
The placement support offered by the college is very good. Usually, the placement season starts in the month of June and last till the batch is placed. The placement cell puts in a lot of effort to make sure that everyone is placed. and for that, they work alongside the students for preparing students for the process.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are changed as per the industry average it might feel on the higher side but financing options are readily available. There is also an option for the need for basic scholarship options. which the college provides. The college also provides good placement support for both summers Ans well as finals.
Campus Life
We have our annual college fest called Elegant which usually is concluded in the months of December and January. Also, the library has a large collection of e-books and journals apart from that we can request any book if it isn't available in the library.
Hostel Facilities
The college provides good hostel facilities. The security of the hostel is also very good. The quality of the food is the all the colleges and both hostel & mess fee is affordable. The hostels are located on the campus itself.
Admission
Admission into IIMs requires an individual to have a graduation degree as well as a CAT score. We can have a CAT score by giving the CAT exam which happens in November every year. The exam process is very streamlined.
Interview Experience
The selection process does require GD/PI rounds. Before the coronavirus, there was both GD as well as PI but post covid college taking part in the CAP process has scrapped the GD process. Now colleges take only PI which happens online. For the preparation of the GD/PI, I have opted for some additional help from coaching's.
