Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good. Faculty members in the first year are excellent. I choose this course because of my computer interest. There are 2 faculty for each subject. There are 4division in the first year. Each div of 60 students. All are qualified faculty in the first year. The teaching method is good. Exams are easy if you study decently. In each sem, there are 4exams pre-inseam, insem, pre-endsem, endsem.
Internships Opportunities
Barclays is one of the companies which provides internship opportunities in 3rd year with a stipend of 75k. As far as I know, internship opportunities are fewer. And only the best students get that opportunity.
Placement Experience
After 6th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. Placements are good on our campus. After 4th sem you are also eligible for internships. Common placement for PCET(ncer,pccoe) colleges. Highest package till now is 14LPA. Average package is 4LPA. There are so many profiles offered by companies. 90% of the student get placed. My plan is to work with an industry.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fess for CS/IT is almost the same around 1lakh. There are so many scholarships like MahaDBT, etc. No financial assistance. Campus jobs are good because it has common placements with pccoe, pccoe R. As all this comes under the Pimpri Chinchwad education trust . College's highest placement is 14lakh.
Campus Life
Life on the campus will depend on your friends. Infrastructure is poor. Social life again depends on your friend's circle, college, and seniors. No clubs. The annual fest name is vihangam and is conducted in February. Tech Fest is conducted in February-April. There is an availability of referral books in the library. And you also get all subject books from the library if you score well in academics. Every year there is sports event. And some extracurricular activities. There is no groups and clubs run by students till now.
Admission
The admission process was easy. I took the CET entrance exam. I got admission through management quota. Eligibility is 12th pass You don't have to externally apply for this college you can apply through cet website after the CET result is declared. Yes, there are reservation benefits of the defense category, sc,obc, ebc, twfs, etc. No improvement from my side.
