The management is not that granted. If you are good with everything you always find the college as your home. But if any mischief noted will ruin your life since the college is very particular about the rules and regulations.

Amritha common entrance exam. My rank was around 3600. Like i missed my seat in IIT... A better option after that was amrita.

The curriculum here looks simple but in depth is designed very precisely. It focuses on concept oriented teaching based on international teaching norms. Not less than the IIT's and nit's you can find many PhD scholars and professors here. The college always promotes you in field of research. Also there is student exchange program with international universities such as buffalo etc.

College it self doesn't provide interns but faculty provides you with some interns based on your interest. Also there is a student chapter which brings bigger startups and companies to provide interns and also grow as an entrepreneur.

The placements are always quite good. Students with no backlogs are at least placed into any company. All the bulk recruiters and major companies like BOSCH, BAJAJ, GE, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, NATIONAL ELECTRONICS etc recruit students. There are also students who themselves find way to become an employer. The college provides them with guidelines and if eligible provides some funding.

There are many events that happen in the college. Flash mobs. Dance days, DJ nights, cultural fests, technical fests, inter department competitions ,teachers day, all festivals, independence day, republic day, science day etc.apart from this there are also events that happen almost daily.

The fee structure is a bit expensive when compared to other institutions in this city ( bangalore) . But it is almost same as the top private universities charge. When i joined my fees was 2.85 lakh per annum. This got increased by 5% now. In detailed the fees for academic course is 1.95 lakh. And the fees for hostel and food was 0.75 lakh.

The campus life is pretty good and interesting. The gender ratio men to women is 3:1. When you are in a professional college you will come across all kinds of parties, workshops ,societies etc. The college promotes ethnicity and is tolerated to a great extent. There are problems with respect to religion, caste or gender. All are treated equal. Political issues never happened. Economic status is a way to escape things. Everything here is affordable if you are a good person in managing your wallet.

The accommodation facilities are best when compared to other colleges. The only problem you will find is with hot water in the winter. Sometimes you may find difficulty with mosquitoes but that will be cleared time to time. When it comes to food.. If you are a person to adjust then you can survive. Basically south indians don't find any problem with the food. But North indians will find it difficult in the beginning.

Our campus is ragging free with zero ragging cases noted in the past 3 years. All our seniors are so friendly and helpful. Moreover we always depend on them for our queries.

The exam structure is quite student appreciable. They follow strict discipline in conducting the exams. The question Pappers are set based on the international standards. You can find all categories of questions in the paper. It is neither tough not easy. If you are attentive in the class and do a casual and decent preparation you can easily get through the exam with a good grade.

It was quite easy if you join through merit rank. Just you need to attend the counseling and pick a seat available or of your choice . If the seat is available and is alloted to you. Then you need to submit your details as such transfer certificate, mark list and conduct certificate from the institution you studied before. If everything is good you will be processed to the fee payment section where you should pay minimum amount of fee to confirm your seat and then pay the total with in the dead line.

As said before the faculty is always student approachable. They are always open to students in all the dimensions of the subject. All the faculty are highly qualified with most number of them done PhD. Also their teaching experience is very much high.
