We used to have freshers festival after one month of course pursued by the new joinees. There was a tech club which use to irganise tech fest on robotics games coding skills and other competitions. Every year there were also cultural fest of good budget for llive in concert organised by the rock bands

Hostel facitilies were inadequate. During our time snakes used to enter as heard by the residents. There was a single building and village type surround. Sometimes vulnerable with too much simplicity. Now it has been improved but need a good inspection before going for it

Thw alumni network is there among different branch and also as a college singly but really not an active one. When it comes to help definitely all the members are cooperative

We had eight semesters in four years where the syllabus was well divided. Everyday there was two eaxams so it was bit hectic. However it used to end soon so less exam fever and holidays used to start after that. Labs were very much strict with the attendance process

We had a selection process after we received the rank wbjee. It was conducted in kolkata by govering body of engineering. Everyday 2-2.5 candidates can participate in the selection process. It was mainted over a live display outside the hall. The seats get occupied and updated real-time. College tickets are also generated real time. Then later i visited the college with rank card and the ticket.
