Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen this because I have been interested in this. The faculty is very good. The average faculty-student ratio is 60 per class and in laps, it is much lower than that like around 25 in labs and tutorials. The faculty is good. There are tutorial classes in which problems and solutions are taught. We have only one midsemester and an end semester.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies offer internships. Tata JSW Reliance Solutions Capgemini Jindal steel welspun Deloitte Essar steel Box 8 etc. College also offers workshops for coding and learning languages and also internship workshops
Placement Experience
The students who have a CGPA above 7.5 are eligible for all companies that are gonna offer. After 4-1 semester you can try for placements. The average package is about 12 lakhs and the highest pack is 34.9 lakhs
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for the general candidates is high but the candidate who has reservation benefits are eligible for scholarships academic section will guide them to avail of scholarship Students can also apply for fee remission
Campus Life
Aarohi is the annual fest and Axis is the technical fest conducted every year. The library is very big and you can find many books. Classrooms are digitalized. Prayas is a social club formed to help people you can learn many sports and participate in inter-NIT competition
Hostel Facilities
In the hostel you are provided with a cot,studytable and cupboard.Lan wifi is available.Mess food is also good than many other NIT's.You just need to pay the fee through the official website to register your bed.
Admission
You can get into NIT's through JEE mains examination. One who cleared their 12th board with 75% is eligible to appear for JEE. The average percentile cutoff for JEE would be around 90 percentile which depends on the toughness of the shift. Candidates who have reservation benefits can easily get into NITs even with a low percentage
