Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very clear for every subject, 3 months of every course will be taken in every semester. I chose this course because this institution is famous for mining engineering. and student-teacher ratio is good and the teaching process is by board and projector. we can pass the semesters even if we start reading 2 weeks before exams.
Internships Opportunities
From the 5th semester, you are eligible for internships. Many companies offer internships like Barclays, amazon, JSW, tata steel Morgan Stanley, etc. With a minimum stipend of 20000. for internship you need skills and projects are less considered and projects will consider for placements.
Placement Experience
Placements of our college is very good with 90+ percent. From the 7th semester, the students are eligible for campus placement. Mostly companies offer SDE, Analyst, consultancy profiles for students and highest package is from 45 to 50 lpa and average is 12 lpa. I don't have any plans just to get placed in a company.
Fees and Financial Aid
For SC students, the tuition fee is not included in the fee structure and including labs, hostel, and mess fees the yearly fees could be 57000 to 60000. for non-reservation students scholarships will be awarded like merit cum means and fee waiver also and it will be from 10 to 20 thousand.
Campus Life
Campus Life will be more fun in the institution. SRIJAN the annual cultural fest and CONCETTO the annual tech fest will be there every year. A sports arena is there for students in which football, cricket, athletics, and badminton will be played and indoor games are there at Student Activity Centre building which includes all the cultural clubs. I can name one of the social media accounts like Legends in the Making in Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Hostel Facilities
For every hostel warden office will be there at ground floor entrance. Hospital facility available and dining hall for every floor is available and food quality will be as north style. Being a South student I don't like food. 24 hours power and water facility
Admission
To get admission into this institution, we have to take JEE Mains entrance exam from which we will be qualified for JEE Advanced with 35 to 45 percentile in the scheduled category. We have 5o clear JEE Advanced with a cutoff in all three subjects Physics, Maths, and chemistry with a minimum cutoff of 7 average marks in all the subjects which may change year to year, and you need to cross the overall cutoff of 40 to 45 marks for SC category. based on your marks you will get a rank and you will have options to choose an institution based on your ranks which will be given by Joint Seat Allocation Counselling Authority. every course in every institution has some range of ranks from which you need to keep your priority options. the application can be done online which will be released by December every year and application fees for JEE mains and Advanced are 400 and 1400 rupees respectively. there will be many reservation benefits for students. One of the main benefits is that there will be no tuition fee.
