Remarks

According to my personal experience, I would not recommend this college to anyone or anybody. There were lots of fake promises and heap of lies.

Entrance Preview

MAT : 94.6 I opted this college as they have told me that we would study for 1 year and then there would be one year on job training. That is earn while you learn.

Course Curriculum Overview

1

There was no guide about what to choose and how to choose, I had a interest in computers, so I chose IT and Marketing. Course structure was very poor and unstructured. They have also mentioned one foreign language in prospects but they did not schedule anything til the time we (students) asked and pushed them for that, that was too very bad experience.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, they provided internship but they did not provide any stipend. When some of them reminded them about their promise "We would earn and learn" they forced them to work without stipend.

Placement Experience

0.5

No placements and no job opportunities were provided, there were 0 placements happened through college and when some students got the job by their own, they asked for offer letters, so that they could show that they have placed these students. If we would not have provided our offer letter then they frightened us to give wrong feedback when there will be call for background checks.

College Events

3.5

Our college had conducted 'Big Idea Challenge' in our college in which different colleges had took part and it was really a big event. We also celebrated Ganesh Pooja, 15 August and Lohri festival in our college. We also had rock band performance in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

If we compare the fees of other private colleges of Bangalore which provide the same course then we could have said that fees was reasonably low and course was not much expensive. But when we see ROI then we could say that whatever fees was paid, it was very much expensive

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship were provided, they had some tie up for loan facility but I did not availed any loan facility, so I don't have any idea if it was good or bad or how easy it was to get the loan.

Campus Life

3.5

All the students were nice and there was people from different states and culture. We enjoyed every bit of our hostel life. Gender ratio boys to girl was 3:1. Extracurricular was good, no sports facilities, no competition held other than the 'Big Idea Challenge' which was too inter-college competition.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel facilities were good but some students complained about hot water facility, but college admin ignored that. Mess food was OK but some students had problem with that too. Hostel facilities were provided only for a year after that we could not stay in the hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

We did not got much of the chance to interact with senior students as they were not staying in the hostel. But whenever we had a chat with our seniors it was good and really helpful.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was not that bad but when their favorite (niece of a head) student failed in a the exam, they re-conducted the examination which was really shocking and not at all acceptable. No labs were provided or could say they that no labs were required for our course.

Admission

Given MAT exam and I was shortlisted for GD and interview round and after clearing GD and Interview, I got the call from institute and then paid fees in three installments. They provided the last date for applying and registering but they considered application even after dead line because of vacant seats.

Faculty

1.5

Some of the faculties very nice and good in teaching and in behavior, but most of the faculties are not well versed with how to teach and what to teach We complained about that to higher authorities but no actions were taken. Some of them were very rude and do not even know how to treat students and what to say in front of students.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
