Awesome college for Engineering with passion

College is very good in terms of teaching and all important facilities but there is lack of some things like Hostel, Large playground, large workshop. Except these all is well....

I was done diploma in Mechanical engineering then I directly got admission for Second year Mechanical engineering. I took admission through Government Section because I got 80% in diploma.

Actually I'm passionate about Machine and that stuff so definitely Mechanical engineering is in my blood. Most of the basic knowledge of Mechanical engineering I learned​ in Diploma but after joining Engineering i know how to implement that basics in our day-to-day life. This course is very straight forward means only you need be passionate about what you do and just concentrate then all done

No my college doesn't provide any internship. But as Sinhgad is well known brand in Education field there are lots of Companies like TATA, Mahindra, Accenture visit our college for campus interview.

Yes there are lots of job opportunities by various companies. . And placement process is done centrally at main branch of Sinhgad at Vadgaon. All students should gather there for interview and all pre and past interview steps.

There are mainly two events celebrate in college which are- 1. Sinhgad Karandak 2. Various Days In sinhgad karandak which one of the largest event in City where various sub events are there like dance competition, all sports events, food stalls, plays and most famous is Live in concert like DJ's and international artist.

As most of the students taking admission through the government section so they got concession in fees according to their cast. I am from OBC class so for every year I paid almost 50000 to 55000/- which is in my opinion is feasible. But if anyone failed to get admission through Government Section then they need to go through private sector that can be more expensive

Generally there is no such facilities available by our college but as most of the students took admission through Government Section so they​ can get concession in fees. So we can consider this as scholarship.

Campus is one of the best thing about this college. It has big playground and lots space for parking and for hanging out. College building is 7 floor C- shape and having plenty number of Lifts for all peoples. Lots of extra curricular activities are performed in our college like blood donation camp, quiz competition, fun games etc.

Actually there is no hostels or mess facilities provided at our college due to lack of space. But there are so many hostels​ available behind the college building and the comes with all facilities and also a good mess. By the way college also have Good canteen with all possible food items for breakfast and lunch.

As college is pretty new so there is not that much senior students but there are some members in SUPRA car racing team are very helpful and frequently came in college as judge of many technical events.

We have semester pattern and exams conducted every six months and in-between there are oral exams and practicals are conducted. After completing every unit there will be a class test on that specific unit to ensure the understanding of every student.

As I got good marks in Diploma in Mechanical engineering I.e. 80% so I can easily get admission through Government Section. So I was fill my option form online in which I need to mention colleges I want to get and RMD college is on 3 number. So after first round merit list was declared and I got this college after that I visited the college with all my original documents and fee amount which is about 54000/- and fill all forms provided at college and attached required documents and finally admission was done.

All teachers are Highly Qualified and well trained with friendly nature. They can never say about anything which is in the syllabus or out of it. If we have any problems regarding any of topic them we all free to ask any of the faculty and it's sure that we would got right solution. Faculties like Head Of Department, principal are also so helpful and also takes care of each students educational group.
