Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to get into business. faculty-student ratio is brilliant, around 1 faculty for every 6-7 students. faculties are all either PhDs or with huge industry exposure. exams are timely and easy to get through if you pay attention in class.

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 850000 per year

Internships Opportunities

more than 100 companies visit the campus for internships. there are both domestic as well as international placements. the stipend amount goes as high as 1lakh bucks. I'm not at liberty to reveal the names of the companies. I've placed in a marketing profile and I am currently ideating and executing outbound marketing efforts for my firm.

Placement Experience

placement starts in the 2nd semester. close to 100 companies visit the campus. The highest offered CTC is close to 59 lakhs. 100% of the students get placed. I am into marketing, and plan on getting into the same.

Fees and Financial Aid

cost to study for 2 years, including all is around 17 lakhs. however, the fee structure is revised every year. you can apply for various scholarships and the internship I got through college is paying me north of 50k INR.

Campus Life

there are a number of festivals every month. life on campus is fun and happening. there are a lot of DJ nights and other cultural events. 1000s of books, ebooks, and journals/e-journals are available in the library. the classrooms are AC-fitted with projectors, mics, computers, and all the necessary amenities. all the sports are available to play, I love playing TT myself. it is a student-run campus, so everything is done by students and there are clubs and committees for the same. visit the website to know more.

Admission

eligibility is just a graduation degree. you can apply through the CAT exam, where the exam application fee is around 2k INR. you can avail of OBC as well as SC/ST reservations. the overall admission process is taken care of by my AdCom (a student body) and is very smooth.

"Happy MBA days at Cimage centre of digital technology"

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the MBA course in Cimage centre of digital technology for its focus on practical skills like leadership and strategic thinking, which I wanted to develop. It prepares me well for real world jobs with case studies and projects. I suggest adding more detail tools and industry trends to the curriculum. Exam 2 semester per year, well spaced but challenging some questions are tricky. Overall it's a solid course.

The courses were harvard style case methodologies mostly, which could have been better with more practical exercises and examples. Simulation exercises were also their but not that effective. Teaching methods were ppt based.

Life at IIM BG

Placement Experience:

The median package is around 16L, and the average is around 14.5. 1st year students have to sit for the Summer Internship Process compulsorily, and in 2nd-year Final placements take place. The campus has recruiters from top companies for both processes and an excellent track record of 100%. I plan to impact society by making this a better place to live through informed decisions.

I chose this course because I want a career in this and the faculty is too good. They always co-operate with us. They also took care of us. The professors are too good they took classes regularly and honestly speaking teachers are soo good they never frustrate us no matter how many times we will ask the same questions.

Remarks:

1. Being from bihar, i preferred IIM Bodhgaya over other IIMs seat offered to me.2. RoI - Tution fee is less as compared to other IIMs and median salary is high.3. The institute was in its early years (just 5 years old) so would get to learn a lot and maybe implement new things in there just like a start up.

Students start to get offers from the start of the second year. The regular visiting companies are ITC, HUL, Airtel, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC AMC, HDFC Ltd., BFIL, Prism Jhonson Cement, Uttkarsh Small Finance Bank, Asian Paints, Berger Paints, TATA Advanced Systems, COMFED, JEEVIKA, TATA Power DDL etc. The average placement varies from 7-8 LPA every year. and has a record of 100 % placement since inception. I would be pursuing a job in finance sector after completion.

Inside story of IIM Bodhgaya

JIPMAT is a mcq based entrance test with 100 questions from 3 subjects, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Ability. The difficulty is moderate and sums up to a reliable test overall. You are selected based on your composite score of 3 subjects if you qualify for cutoffs of each subject individually.
