Management was good, but they could be a little better, if they could manage the placement cell well.

WBJEE, RANK - 20444, This is the college where I could found my favorite course & i heard some good feedback. Also, I liked the campus when I was choosing a college for my higher studies.

The course is of four years including 8 semesters. In each semester, there are 8 subjects. First year (the 1st 2 semesters) have common subjects for all the courses. But, from 2nd Year onward, there are some common subjects for all the courses, but, others are course oriented subjects.

No. Our college doesn't provide internship. There was no stipend involved.

When we passed out in 2008, the placement cell was not up to the mark in our college. Though I got a job from college campus , but the overall experience was not up to the mark. After we left, we got some news from the then present student, that, the placement was better, but yet to achieve a grand success.

1. Fresher's Welcome : This was organized by the 2nd year students for the new joinees, i.e. 1st Year students. 2. College Fest ; This was organized by the 3rd year students. It generally celebrated 2/3 days, There were Internal & external performers. 3. Viswakarma Puja : As there is a mechanical workshop was there, this puja was celebrated. 4. Teacher's Day

The fee structure was as per norms of the government. As it is a private college, fees are pretty expensive. The fees for course increased after we left. The fees were pretty high for students staying at hostel as well.

No, scholarship availed. But, Loan facility were there.

The campus life was fun. They are one of my memorable 4 years of my life. There were extracurricular activities in college programs. A football tournament was arranged every year. Labs are quite good. Campus was fun. There are more male students than female. But, there were no gender discrimination.

Hostel facilities were pretty good at that time. The rooms were spacious & Just 2 people accommodated in a room. The rooms were good. The security of girls hostel, were good as well. The foods in canteen were neither great nor worse. They were ok ok type.

I'm not connected with alumni network, but I'm still in touch with the teachers as well as my senior & junior students as well as students from my batch over social networks.

The exam structure was as directed by west Bengal government for B. Tech degree. There are 8 semesters. There are practical exams as well. All are in home center. There were external examiners as well as internal examiners present at the exam hall.

After securing the rank needed in JEE, I went to counselling for the students wanted to pursue their higher studies. From there I got the admission in this college. After counselling, we went to the college for further proceedings. We liked the campus & environment.

The faculties were very good in our college. We do have some teachers, who helped us in our studies, outside the college time. There are teachers, with whom, I am still in touch with. The teachers are quite helpful. They helped us achieve our goal.
