I wanted to become a data analyst that's why I chose this course. The faculties are very good and clear all doubts of students. Faculties are well-educated and teach students very deeply and help students to learn more.

First I joined a social internship where I had to work with NGOs where I teach underprivileged children for two months and I received a certificate from NGO. Then now I have been selected by Mozo Hunt company. But work is not started right now.

Placement Experience

After 4th semester we are eligible for campus placements. More than 100 companies visit every year in our college to select students for placements and every year almost every student gets their dream job in this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

You can get upto 60% less in this university as if you're a girl and got more than 75% in class 12th then you can get 30% less in your fees and if you are a resident of Uttarakhand then also you can get 30% less in your fees.

Campus Life

Life is so very good on campus. There are more than 50 clubs on campus and you can choose which clubs you should join. And everything is easy on campus there are faculties and students who help you to be comfortable with college.

Admission

Everything was good, I filled out the form and I got selected then they took my interview and I got selected in that too. Nothing needs to change in the admission process. But just one thing that it takes more than 2 days to register you on that course.

Interview Experience

They took my interview and ask about myself and why I chose this college. Asked about my future jobs. First, you need to fill out the admission form then they will mail you regarding your interview. Then after 2-3 days, they mail you the answer to your interview whether you get selected or not.

As I am a bba student and I have 3 year of course duration so students starts doing internship from 2nd year and. Placements aree provided from 3 year. By college The highest page goes of 12 lpa in bba and average goes of 5lpa . Approx 80% students get placed .I am planning to do my masters afterwards. Major companies like Amazon and many more visits to our college

At Shivalik like we have been advised to find internships from each semester here on. So after internship the CV building and skill building training are provided. It is amazing to know that many reputed and well established names such as Windlas Biotech and RR Cable have started coming to our campus and hiring students as junior managers at a salary of 4 lakhs or so.

UPES CSE Program provide the best insights!

No safety nets for getting admission in UPES as university is strict in taking students. UPES Engineering Admission Test also known as UPESAT has to be cleared. I applied at GECET of Graphic Era and gave other entrances too. Apart from JEE, I cleared almost all and only one left was that. Admission are through an entrance for engineering which is called UPESAT. The best thing is the paper can be given anytime as it's online and if students want they can directly come to the university and then give that exam.
