Course Curriculum Overview

I will be going for finance and analytics as I have a keen interest in these fields. The faculty-student ratio is 1:40, a great experience for teachers as they are very cooperative with students. Term exams are in every 6 months. And 2 mid-semester in between

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 750000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The roles are for Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Operations and HR. With marketing being theorist preferred one. The stipend average is 15000 per month. But the roles are just what you want Projects and outcomes

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placement right from mid of Semester 3. There are many companies that come to college. Some of them are Deloitte, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, PWC etc. The highest package offered is 18 L.PA and the average package is 8 LPA

Fees and Financial Aid

Compared to other colleges the cost to study is average. Apart from the hostel and classes. You will hardly get any time to go outside. It's just how it is. But also looking at the future it's the way to go ahead

Campus Life

There is a total of 6-7 clubs comprising every course club. They all provide great opportunities for the student to showcase their skills and bring their new ideas. The library is the best I have ever seen. You will get all the courses booked with a wide variety

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are divided into two parts. One is normal and the other one is Premium. For premium you need to pay some amount every semester. In both the types you get 2 bed sharing room. The difference is just in premium you get attached bathroom

Admission

I took Cmat as my entrance exam. Applied to Kiit School of Management and went through an interview and Group discussion process. The result was announced in a week's time. Overall a great experience. The college is situated in Bhubaneswar

Interview Experience

We had online Group discussions due to the restrictions of Covid. The topics of Group discussions revolved around world affairs, abstract, Global crisis. For group discussion I had the habit of reading newspaper on a regular basis. So yes that helped a lot

Course Curriculum Overview:

As it is under biju pattanak university of technology, rourkela affiliated soo the course curriculum is from bput syllabus and this is the syllabus where is cover total the real word application. And course caruculm is very real to university.because of pratical and other course is based on real worlds this is good to choose.i will suggest the theory class and pratical class should be more improved.as this is a good and reputation college in Bhubaneswar soo the smarts board and 3d or 2d animation should be used in engineering department course.good time for study and research soo i will say this is moderate difficulty level

I have choose these couse because I have do mba in agriculture.teaching is very good but teacher teaching only in notes or exam point of view some teachers.and some teacher only read and saying not writing pn blackboard. Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

Remarks:

All are good,but only fooding quality is below the level.And also it does not have any playground available to play outdoors games.only it have not a playground but this college have good class room,WiFi campus, Computer centre,canteen, language lab and hostel are there.

Entrance Preview:

I appeared for MAT (90 percentile) and CAT (80 percentile). I preferred this college as I heard a lot about this college from the alumni and checked the ratings too. The course structure is different than other colleges so I found it interesting. The college faculty is well experienced. The course is different from other colleges.

Kalinga School of Management - where great manager come from

Eligibility is 50% aggregate marks in 10th and 12th boards.candidates those who have appeared in the 12th examination and expecting results before 31st August,2024 can also apply for the program also those who have appeared in UGAT can also apply with valid score. Further candidate will be selected based on their UGAT Score or Career Marks and Performance in Personal Interview. apart from the above exam score ,KSOM takes admission based on KIITEE Management entrance exam which is of 2.5hrs exam with 150 multiple choice questions. This year it was conducted on 19-21 jan 2024, happens once after this same procedure of Personal interview takes place.
