There isnt any need of entrance examination.. Using my Twelth standard board exam marks cutoff, I have applied for TNEA counselling and for the cutoff of 190 I selected this particular college because for Mechanical Engineering it's one of the best college in the Chennai city ..

This college is under the Anna university so the practical exposure isn't that much but there is some what practical knowledge taught which enables one to survive and upgrade themself in the competitive world .. The lab session itself will groom the individual to attain basic partical exposure..

Nah there isn't any stipend or the internship provided by the college however it's location as it's n Chennai there is an plent of ample opportunity where one can get internship from any company by themself ..

The placement and job opportunities was the responsibility of the college's Department of placement and career Guidance.. The placement training were provided from first year itself and in that final year there is good number of MNCs visit the college nd recrui the Students.. Gaints like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, IBM, L&T infotech etc.. Add-on to it the college has TCS accredition..

Sports day, Department Symposium, Cultural day.. As this college is in the SRM university campus one can have so much fun by enjoying their events also ..for example Milan, Arush nd all will be common for all.. Students are allowed to attend the fest that is held in other colleges also ...

Fees structure is feasible only.. As this college is under Anna University the fees structure is controlled nd structured by the Govt of Tamil Nadu directly and so it's not expensive At all.. For Mechanical Engineering the tuition fee will be 45k, other than that the exam fee and the placement training cost and all will be added and it will be around 60k per year only which is very much less compared to other Institutions..

College provides the Scholarship for the excel students for their academic achievements apart from that college support one to get loan form any Nationalized bank

The Mechanical department will have Gender ratio of 99.9:0.1 (M:F) which means no female mostly.. But all other departments will have almost 50-50 ratio.. Labs are well nd good and there are many clubs which gives opportunity to grab the skills.. They are for example softskill development club, Tamil club, English literature club, SAE club etc ..

Hostel infra was good.. Ventilated with the Wifi suport .. Howeva there are two sharing and three sharing rooms .. Generator facility is there for power back up.. Security assured with the CCTV installed on the corridors. The food is okay but still to be genuine sometimes it will make your mood swings.. But comparing some other college it's good only..

The senior students will be very much caring and guiding the students.. Howeva the first year students are separated from seniors due to the prevention of ragging but from second year they used to mingle and work in many things ..

Exam structure is as similar to the Anna uuniversity.. There internals and after university semester end exams. Internal marks are very important as they decide your grade in the end sem exams.. Uuniversity exams will b conducted by Anna university AUCOE board .

It was by Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission counselling conducted by Anna university yearly.. The cut off will be calculated form three main subjects that is Physics, Chemistry, Maths (Computer science or Bio will be considered for same cutoff prioroty allotment ) .

There are so friendly nd all the facilities are Postgraduates and few are doctorates.. All are well experienced with teaching and also have hands on corporate world too .. All the department will have almost 45+ faculty members which is excessive to that required by students faculty ratio norm.. They provide all kind of supports to the students all around the clock ..
