. The faculty is well qualified. Most of the faculty members in the computer science department are experts in their respective fields and carry immense knowledge of the subjects. The faculty-student ratio is managed efficiently by the administrators. Most of the faculty members in computer science are PHDs with numerous research papers published in their name and the remaining are pursuing phd. The teaching method is old school where some teachers prefer lectures over practicals while others are focused on the practical execution of theory taught. Term exams are on time every time and it's not very difficult to pass. Conceptual knowledge and a bit of practice will lead you to good grades.

Many companies including Infotech and wipro came to hire interns offering a stipend of 10k-35k to data science enthusiasts and software developers. Goldman Sachs offered 35LPA that was open to third-year students and mostly hiring encapsulates coding aptitude and PI which needs to be cleared in order to get the internship.

Third-year students are eligible. Many companies visit our college every year and our placement record is decent. 18LPA was offered this year as the highest and 70+ per cent of students get placements. My plans are to opt for higher studies.

As our college is government-funded, the fee structure is very optimal. There's no financial load on students as they offer financial assistance and scholarships to numerous students every year. I didn't opt for any aid.

Life on campus is decent. Tech fest is organised in the month of April and cultural fest is organised in September. The availability of books and journals in the library is up to the mark. Every required book is available and all amenities are provided in classrooms including ac and smart board. Every sport and extracurricular activity is encapsulated within the college boundaries. Business, technical, software, hardware, robotics and communication clubs are run by students under the supervision of faculty members.

Hostels on our campus are well maintained. Triple-seaters and single-seated rooms are offered based on the academic performance of students. Meal quality is fine and the menu is fixed. There are no hefty procedures for registering for a hostel. Only certain documentation is required and it's one of the cheapest hostels offered in the country. The locality for PG is very pathetic. There are no such facilities outside the campus.

The admission process for BE is through JOSSA and CSAB counselling based on performance in JEE Mains. The form is available after JEE Advanced and the date varies based on the result declaration date and application fees in jossa are charged after seat acceptance. I want this process to be on the basis of the stream and not college preference.
