One of life changing phase

The institute is very good.But its need of hour to make some changes as well . There should be closed campus dont for betterment of students.hope it happens soon and avail all iit facilities like other institute.

I came through all India ism test.I choose because of good teaching and placement. Soon after joining it became an full fl edged iit.

Yes!the course is excellent for placements i.e jobs as well as for research. Since the course is for 3 years so one can study vigorously and study a lot of books. We have very good faculties who encourage us for more research and various internships add a value to it.

Yes!our institute provides stipend. But all are not paid internship. Some are self financing while others are paid.The pay scale for internship is 8-10 thousand.

Yes we have very good campus placement and it is the key point over here.we have around 36 placed out of batch of 58 last year from our department. Carious other departments have well placement too. Mining engineering are 100 %placed. Every other department has good no of students placed.the record was good last year ranking highest in placement of all years in ism.

Basant during spring Tech fest Srijan annual fest Department fest yearly once The events are very well organised In basant we have senior junior interaction.it is also called as rose day Srijan is overall development and enjoyable fest. Tech fest is full of engineering and is very good.it is also equally enjoyable. Away from exam we spend good quality time here.

It is feasible while sometimes its not. For our course we have 80000 to 1 lakh per year including food . It varies year to year like we pay for each semester . For 1st sem it was 66000 and then 2nd semester 36000 and for 3rd semester it was 35000 and so on.

Mcm scholarship is availed by our collage. sbi loan is available instantly but i have not afforded it.It is very easy to avail and near our campus too. Students needn't to waste time on going and arranging loan. The service provided by bank is very good and well.

We have very good competition around us.competition spirit is good. Male ratio is more compared to female.we have various competition held in every now and then .participation is very good and fine. We have art,debate,robotics,poetry,fashion show,music and band shows and various other competition held at various times as well as department and educational workshops held too.

We have sufficient hostel seats and we have 2 seater rooms only no other seaters. Hostel is good and spacious.mess food is good and sometimes very bad too.starting from breakfast to dinner we are provided 3 times a day food.The food is very hygienic and well cooked.

The network of alumni is very strong.even we have association with 25 yrs back alumni peoples.they come and visit in a year once. Even we have a fest called Basant for senior junior relationship. Even seniors contribute for our freshers and various other issues

The exam structure is good but bit hectic. We have labs everyday. Practicals are done very sincerely. We have mid sem and end sem. these are held within gap and are held in time.courses are too high but anyway all goes fine.we have viva as well.

We initially had all India entrance test conducted by the institute.Then we had a call. After that all our certificates and documents were clarified and we get into the admission procedure. It was not so hectic and very good.everyone helped very nicely.

The faculties are very good and cooperative. Usually at such stage nobody shows much concern. But we have reverse case;our professors are very strict towards their classes and are student oriented. We have seminars from time to time as well as and viva held for our overall knowledge test and sincerity.
