Entrance Preview

CET entrance exam, scored 111/200 & its good college, all Marathi festivals are celebrated here, All students are always enthusiastic, many committees organize events and You will get motivation to explore technical world

Course Curriculum Overview

First year is common course for all students, covering basics of Engineering viz, Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Workshop studies, basic electrical knowledge, basic Programming knowledge, engineering drawings and much more. From second year It's different for all branches. For Information Technology, They teach logical building for coding, database, automata theory, digital electronics, cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence, Computer networks and much more.

Internships Opportunities

Officially there is no internship providing organisation but you will get to work in many local startups and you can easily get internship in good companies. The experience will be very good and stipend depends on the internship you are opting for.

Placement Experience

Placement and jobs available easily, all you have to do is clear their exams and interview, college will promise 100% placement every year. Although it's up to you what you want to go for, they offer multinational companies like Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro, also Microsoft sometimes, and a number of startups and many other companies.

College Events

Technical events are Techithon, IEEE 360°, and number of technical seminars, workshop, robotics events one of which is Google Dev Fest. Cultural celebration for Ganesh chaturthi, Rangoliz, Atharva Got talent, Rhythm which has drama, dance, fashion shows, rock bands and many other competitions.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's less compared to other colleges. I guess now it will be around 65-70k per year. No other as such expenses you have only for first year you have to buy new lab coats and chemistry equipment etc. Books are available in nearby stores with 75% cashback. For submission you may have to pay for print outs.

Fees and Financial Aid

College give scholarship to EBC and caste students as per government rules. Also they give scholarship to those who are doing their best at national level, they help in sponsoring your projects, taking care of all your expenses, Good students are always motivated here.

Campus Life

Capmus is awesome, we have swimming pool, fashion building with all latest facilities, beautiful garden, big basketball ground, cricket ground, Jacuzzi, maintenance is also good, competitions are organised with good quality and you will enjoy, parties, DJ night, prom night and all other events.

Hostel Facilities

There is no hostel facility but you will get sharing flat nearby. Cantin good is awesome as we have Hotel management student and staff, taking care of all Cantin facility. There are 2 Cantins one with regular food, Chinese, Indian, Western, Italian, South Indian. And other with all fast food and pastries, baked stuff.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni is strong and many senior have their startups still working in college with huge response. Junior and senior will be always seen working together and they will help each other in all sort of work.

Exam Structure

You will have midterms, Vivas, and Main written exam. Midterms are very easy as you will have to prepare for only some topics of syllabus still you have to be best as you may get less than 8 out of 20. For viva, external will ask anything to check your knowledge about the subject and main exam will be conducted by university strictly as per syllabus and pattern.

Admission

It's The CAP round process, You have to select this college as your preference and you will be allocated that college if your grades are good. After 12th pass and CET which is NEET now, Mumbai University conducts a common admission process, and there are 3 Cap rounds in this process, according to your eligibility you get the college you mentioned in your preferences.

Faculty

3

First year faculty of Atharva is good and if you attend all lectures you will have enough knowledge of that subjects. But from 2nd year faculty for only IT is good, some of them are MSc or PhD, and they are ready to solve your doubts, help you. Moreover you will be having one mentor from your 2nd year and they will help you with your personal and educational problems.

MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

Best in the neighborhood, convenient to reach , easily accessible for all the student's , good faculty and good quality of education, amenities available are great along with the essential facilities.
