My experience at Nirma University

I choose MBA as merely a Bcom degree was not sufficient to lend me a good job. I selected marketing as my major subject as I was interested in the same. Most of the faculty had a Ph.D. degree and had at least an experience of 5 years. Some of the faculty even had experience in the industry. Exams method was good and the level was decent some subjects were tricky but overall decent.

Since it was a Covid period, companies that were coming were not offering Any stipend and it was mostly work-from-home opportunity only. Roles mostly included business development, digital marketing, and finance.

From the 4th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited the campus which Included Infosys Wipro Tech Mahindra cognizant axis bank idbi Bank icici bank jpm crisil. The highest was 16 and the lowest was 5 LPA, 90% batch was placed.

The fees for the entire 2-year program was nearly about 1400000/- which included course fee, hostel, mess, and laundry services. The fee hike policy is that they will increase the fees every year. Financial assistance is provided and there were scholarships also.

Amazing. PR10 was the annual fest which was held in the month of January. The library is decent but can be made better but including more books. Classroom infra is very good. There were many sports events and there are many clubs for extracurricular activities.

For admission to nirma university, a 79 percentile in CAT was required. It was then followed by a personal interview round where they ask you general questions about yourself and your grad course. All the information regarding the application process is easily available on the university's website.
