There is nothing bad about college. The attendance is a little strict but they excuse you if you have genuine reasons. Management is almost perfect.

The course curriculum is well set and the university started following a trimester system. Different pedagogy is used in order to make class interesting as well as a two-way communicating environment. The semester-end exam now comes every three and a half month. The CEE component carries 60% weightage and the end semester exam carries 40%.

The placement of this collage in Gujarat is well known. They have good tie-ups with MNC's l. The average pack is very high. In the first year, the children are to have a compulsory Internship with an NGO.

Various events take place in the collage. Different clubs and committees have been formed to take care of these events. Every institute has its flagship event every year where other universities are invited for competition. Also, different festivals are celebrated.

The first year fee for the CIWGC category is 4000$ per year. The NRI and NRI Sponsored category are to pay 6500$ per year. The fee for the normal category is around 2,20,000 INR. These are just the tuition fees. Above this 30,000 INR is charged for an application form and around 20,000 INR for other activities and deposits.

I have opted for the SPDC scholarship offered by the government for CGWDC category. The reference was given by the university through the mail.

The campus life is good as the campus infrastructure is very nice. There are many activities being held by different clubs and committees of different institutes. There is infrastructure for almost every sport possible in a university. The competition is always held by keeping the motive of letting the students learn.

The hostel fee for Non AC twin sharing is around 2,17,000 INR. For AC Twin sharing it is around 2,45 000 INR. The facilities are excellent. Room cleaning is done regularly. Mess food is the speciality as they offer a different menu every day. The rules are general such as no entry or exit after 11:30.

The senior student is very supportive and helpful. They are always ready to guide you. They are the ones who organize activities for juniors.

As I belong to the CIWGC category, I was given admission on the basis of my grade 12th percentage. One has to fill the online form which opens around June time. While filling do not forget to enter your category. For the normal category there will be an IPMat entrance exam followed by an interview. Also while filling the form you are to upload your documents and on the selection you will be required to present your original documents.

The faculty is very good. This can be supported by the experience they carry as well as by their teaching style. They try to involve students and make the subject very interesting. They always try to make the class a two-way communication. They are ready to clear the students to doubt anytime and anywhere.
