So online degree is the best option for those who want to work on their skills and want to upgrade themselves but there is a drawback of an online degree you will not be getting regular exposure as a regular one. Faculty and student interaction is very less as the class will be online and it's not compulsory to join classes regularly. Teachers are well qualified and good to support. For an online degree, the exam will be held in every six months.

Internships Opportunities

University companies like TCS ion offer internships to the student but for this, you have to opt for additional subjects and you have to pay extra money. Internships are something that you have to find yourself and you have to do it by yourself. University will not offer any internship as per my experience.

Placement Experience

As per the college from 3rd semester, they will provide job opportunities to the student but it's rare the actual placement drive starts after 5th semester and they are certain criteria to apply for the job fair. The highest package claim by the university is 1900000. Almost 50% of students get placed every year at per university which is not true.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no hike in the fees but for job placement, you have to choose a different course curriculum in which internships are provided by the college. EMI options are available for the student but Scholarship is based on the percentage of the individual.

Campus Life

Sangambis the orientation program arranged for students who are opting for online degrees and this fest is held at the beginning of each and every semester Students can join it on campus or they can enjoy it online too. As everything is online taught so no other facility is provided by the university. They will provide books to every student as per their subject for studies. There are several group on WhatsApp made by students of the same courses.

Admission

To take admitted to this course the candidate must have 50% in their 12th as well as the scholarship is provided according to the percentage. You can apply for admission directly through Amity University's online website Or you can take the help of an admission counselor. The admission process is very simple and fast once you complete your registration you will get your credentials to login into the Amingo portal.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

The other college that I saw was CU. The faculty there wasn't good as Amity University. There were many flaws like unattentive staff, late replies from the faculty while taking admission.
