What Students Say
Likes
- Campus, teachers, dissertation process, DHAs
- Central libraries with extra ordinary books & very supportive staff
- lots of focus on Extra Circular activities on Campus & Internship Opportunities
Dislikes
- The central library was pretty far to go there daily & study . Books were not allowed for more than 15 days
- The course was really intense for students who are coming from state boards & they took little time to cope up
- nothing else. Only love, respect & gratitude to my college & the really hard working faculty there.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I was very much keen to study International Business. Understand how the whole world economy works. The class size is very small at University, it helps students to interact with teachers more frequently & work as a team with colleagues. Our teachers gave us Daily Home Assignments, which less or more reflected on the performance of teachers as well as students. If all students did badly in particular DHA, teachers tend to change their approach & reteach the subject. They were on every 6 months. If studied really well & they were fine to pass.
Internships Opportunities
I did an internship with WTO, IIFT. So I got great insights about working on international projects & economy. In the end we have to do Dissertation & each subject has its own research topic. So all subjects gave me in-depth knowledge.
Placement Experience
In the last semester, we become eligible for Campus Placements. Can't disclose. All I can say, all the top companies, the highest was 1 crore. 100% I guess. My plan was to become a professor but life happens & I ended up with a corporate job.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is very less & affordable. I think the maximum fee for any course would be 50000/- total. During summer break students are allowed to work on campus, which provided financial aid to them. This university is ideal for any hard-working student.
Campus Life
here is the fest that happens mostly on 31 Jan, founder's Day. All classrooms are E classrooms. All students have some marks for participating in sports & extra circular activities. We had drama club, photography club, Maths clubs, etc.
Admission
I have opted for a Master's in Commerce. ( International Business). The eligibility for the course was based on my percentages, my previous internships, Group Discussions & Personal Interviews by the university. One can find these details on their website of the University. No, I haven't availed any reservation. No, suggestions from my end.
