Education fee structure of 5000 per year. Student teacher association fees RS. 600 for all students per year. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC categories is given as per the norms of the state central government.

Course Curriculum Overview

Tamil is an easy subject. The professors who teach Tamil are good. Tamil literature is good but grammar is a bit difficult. Tamil literature subject song read and write is good. The story is good. The exams are also held in the school.

Fees and Financial Aid

SC/ST scholarship per year is only 6000. fees normal and good. Computer science group 3-year once-campus interview. The scholarship of schedule caste scholarship and OBC scholarship. Job interview all most.

Sports fees are 600 per year. Book fees 6 months once 1500. Annual fees per year once 50. library fees per year once 10. extracurricular activities are good. Social groups yes. Students run by students yes.

Interview Experience

6 subjects 6 months once exam total 6-semester exams 3 years. General English general Tamil. A one-day state-level seminar on understanding feminism across boundaries and cultures. Exam times 3 hours.

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Madras School of Economics - A Comprehensive Review for Bachelor's

Course Curriculum Overview:

Has a lot of new age courses like MS Excel, Python and Data Science. It prepares you fairly well for roles like Data Analyst, Financial Modelling, etc. Areas for improvement include optimising the curriculum load as per the students. Two internals (one after a month after sem starts, second a few weeks before the end sem) and the end sem. I feel the end sem is relatively easier due to the preparation we endure for the internals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Political science syllabus in our college is pretty upgraded. The way it's structured is also pretty good. For a student of Political Science, they first gives us an introduction of the discipline theoretically explaining the subject before moving to it's real life examples. Out syllabus covers almost everything that is required for a Political Science graduate. Faculties make it even more effective using assignments and their lectures. We also have inter-disciplinary courses.
